It might not happen to you Foxy, not everyone gets it. No point looking for problems where there aren't any!

Unfortunately due to ME/CFS, I am unable to tolerate alchohol without excruciating pain the next day....

I looked lovingly at the chips, risottos and pasta but eventually went with the grilled king prawns with avocado and salad leaves with vinaigrette dressing.

Mind you it was difficult sitting opposite my son's girlfriend and watching her munch through a HUGE slice of banoffee pie that looked to die for.lol

I did, however, have a blob of the whipped cream!

Argh, i'm really struggling! Does anyone else find this WOE makes them feel nauseous? Do i need to just keep going throught the feeling?
    :A

I thought that was just me! It makes me feel better about it knowing it happens to others as well. Not that I'm glad you feel sick, that would be horrible, I just mean ..... (I'll stop digging now. :D)

It only happens once in a while, always in the morning, before I've eaten & after I've drunk my morning hot water & lemon & one or two mugs of tea. It soon passes but it can be quite overwhelming some days. In fact one morning I was actually sick.

I do my exercise in the morning on an empty stomach too & I wonder if that's a factor?
