The gain could also be a touch of water retention due to the heat. how much water you drinking?

I'm always so impressed by people who can drink more than two litres. It's my bete noire - I really do try but I always only just scrape two, and that feels like an uphill struggle all day. My husband just says |I need to get into the habit of drinking when I don't want to, but I just FORGET.... even though I have two litres sitting here on my desk.

Why not post a food diary here and see if the lovely peeps here can point you in the right direction?

    Corner...or department? :D

Hi all. I'm back and trying to be sensible again. This is day 2 of my new icing restart, so feeling pretty rubbish until the carb withdrawal is over.

Been shopping and got my supply of cauli and chicken at the ready so wish me luck. :)
