There is no point in negative thought, it takes up time and energy which could be used in a positive, happy way!

I'm always so impressed by people who can drink more than two litres. It's my bete noire - I really do try but I always only just scrape two, and that feels like an uphill struggle all day. My husband just says |I need to get into the habit of drinking when I don't want to, but I just FORGET.... even though I have two litres sitting here on my desk.0

Corner...or department?
Hi all. I'm back and trying to be sensible again. This is day 2 of my new icing restart, so feeling pretty rubbish until the carb withdrawal is over.
Been shopping and got my supply of cauli and chicken at the ready so wish me luck.
