    I'm desperate :( I have fallen off the icing wagon big time , I have been to a couple of 'do's' and eaten too many carbs, just been to a leaving buffet for a colleague and ended up eating , samosas, mini pasties , sausage rolls ( think i may had had a bit of salad in there somewhere ) and chuffing iced sponge cake :o

    now I cant stop ( i have already put 5lbs on from the weekend)
    i really want to get back to it again :cool:

    Hi all, I haven't posted on this thread before, but hope you don't mind me asking a couple of questions:
    I want to lose about 10 lbs and am on my second day of a low-carb diet - today I feel totally washed out and have no energy, is this normal?
    Also, I am thinking of signing up to the Tesco Diets low-carb plan - has anyone tried it?
    Thanks in advance for any advice xx :beer:

    Sistercas, just take a deep breath and start again. Those 5 lb will come off quickly. Stop beforei t turns into half a stone on.

    Buyitall, that's perfectly normal. You're going through sugar detox. Whatever you do, don't give in to anything carby or you'll just have to go through it all again. Consider it something like going cold turkey. You should pick up around day five. Not tried Tesco's myself.

    Thanks for the reassurance sarah. I don't feel quite as bad this evening, but I have a busy week when I could do with lots of energy, and all day I've achieved next to nothing! x

    I just don't know what is happening with my weight - I had lost 7lb and then put on 3lb - think period due, do other find that leads to weight gain. (Also craving sugar like week one all over again - now on week 5)
    LBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.
    (CC/LOAN = [STRIKE]36,378.98[/STRIKE] 35668.47. O/D = [STRIKE]1255.32[/STRIKE] 1212.35/[STRIKE]1999.78[/STRIKE] 1934.52, BUS = [STRIKE]9769.76[/STRIKE] 8714.98)
    Challenge = Debt at 31/01/12 = £25k. 2011 Payments = £1,944.19/£24,403.84

    There is no point in negative thought, it takes up time and energy which could be used in a positive, happy way!

    The gain could also be a touch of water retention due to the heat. how much water you drinking?

    Keep your fats high to give you energy and stabilise your blood sugars quicker.
