I am having a seriously crap day! Got loads to worry about at the mo', none of which I can do anything about in a hurry.
So........I had a packet of peanuts and 2 Atkins shakes (1 strawberry and 1 chocolate :D ). I feel like a right pig and I'm bloated which is partly due to the above and partly due to it being TOTM. I've also had so much cheese today, you can now just call me Jerry.
AND...I have toothache....in a tooth that's bothered me for over a year and has had root canal work done on it. Dentist says there's nothing wrong with it but I've never thought my dentist was any good tbh.

Bet I put on about 2 stone this week.

Sorry for the self indulgent whine. :o

Hope everyone's bums cool down soon. :rotfl:

:rotfl: :rotfl: It doesn't have that effect on me, and i've eaten enough of it.

Can anyone give me a recipe for pancakes using soya flour as i got some yesterday and never used before.

Have found some recipes now on youtube..

The one I've been using is:

    40g soya flour
    3 eggs
    120ml water
    pinch salt

Mix and use in the usual way. Makes 6.

Oh, and I'll join the naughty club too. Been stuffing my face with (85%) choc all evening.

I just get my unsweetened coconut from Asda! The baking aisle, Mazzers - is there none there? I also get extra big value bags from the "world foods" section at Tesco (my most favouritist supermarket section )

I've had my head down in the office today, just working - no shopping / socialising / generally nutting about for a change!
    - 3 scrambled eggs with grilled mushroom (brought from home and eaten at desk)
    - Seaweed layers snack
    - Chilli peanuts
    - Plain yoghurt, Rooibos tea

For the first time since starting work in the City, I didn't buy any food or drink! :rotfl: Very MSE

I also had a recommendation on some slimming pills, from a girl who's the same age, height and weight as me... she took these pills for a month and reckons the weight just fell off her, although she was also very hyperactive and struggled to sleep in the first week. She says it'll only work once, though, because your body adjusts - the next time she tried them nothing happened.

I won't post the link here because I know it's a touchy subject and I wouldn't want to be responsible for people paying out for stuff they shouldn't have. However, I am personally tempted - the side-effects sound like they might actually help me get into the rythm of all this work and going out nights as well

P.S. I REALLY want to get into the dating thing! But I've forgotten how!!!
