It's one thing I miss. Gorgeous granary as sandwiches or toast, and lovely fresh, thick, uncut white with pate. Stoneground rolls with soup.
On the stalling subject, do people think 'stalling' exists? Or is it just a case of too many carbs for weight loss (whether they come from flax, spinach, or anything else)?
I have been sticking to less than 20g of carbs since January but at one pont I got really stuck and shykins suggested I cut back on cream and cheese and I did loose after this:)If you think nobody cares whether you're alive or dead, try missing a couple of mortgage payments.
My way is Atkins0 -
If that's the case, I wonder if anyone has an explanation. Ted?
(A possible answer is that it's too many calories?)0 -
Well I think Im in the naughty corner. I went for a swim then to Harvester and had a meal with a mate and also the very MSE free icecream sundae!
Im probably doing the same on Friday so Im a lost cause this week. Lol I did eat some chips and bread with it too. Oh dear-now I see my big belly again!
Back to burt-fart-burp-fart. No good-Im gonna have to get back in line on Saturday! Still keeping up the exercise tho and managed 2 separate minutes of jogging on the treadmill at the gym. Now-that amazes me as I couldnt do that for years due to my knee injury!!!
I had been going to buy a cheap treadmill but after going on a good one I know Id never be satisfied with a cheap one. Same with the X trainer mayber Mazzers? Why not try a few gym sessions and see what you think? Unless you are familiar with these machines. Im glad I havent bought any more "ornaments" for my conservatory-I once had a step machine and a rowing machine.
Didnt get time to do my hair red-black so just touched up the obvious bits tonight with brown so I can face work tomorrow without feeling I have to hide.(you cant do that in a clothes shop)Annual Grocery budget 2018 is £1500 pa £125 calendar month £28.84 pw for 3 adults0 -

Those darn carbs:D
And, to be honest, those darn chillis :rotfl: Been very windy in this locality, (VERY local, within 3 feet!)
Still, cheaper than fibresure, whatever floats your boat, or puts the wind in your sails at least:rotfl:
Not had many carbs so I can't put it down to that. Using works facilities is very MSE, even if unexpected, so not all bad :rotfl:
Sweet dreams, all

Good morning all :hello:
Feeling better today, don't know what was wrong yesterday but just didn't feel quite right. Didn't have the thick head so not sure if it was ketosis.
Anyway, my menu for today
B - Mercy's mexican fudge, warmed
L - Mercy's mexican fudge, warmed!! With salad leaves & coleslaw.
D - Mazzer's lasagne (that's if I can stretch the leftover bolognaise sauce) Will have with salad leaves & coleslaw.
Didn't touch a drop of the Bailey's last night so I won't be joining angel in the naughty corner!!
Mercy, I haven't had that 'reaction' with the chillis in the mexican fudge but maybe after my 2 pieces today?! :rotfl: Stand clear everyone!! :rotfl:
HC, twas the creme eggs that stalled me!!
