I'm still at work! But I've got 3.5 minutes spare

    So, today:
    - Total yoghurt, cacao nibs and whole almonds
    - Tikka Quorn baguette with salad
    - Veggie sushi
    - Spinach and mozzerella

Pole-dancing in an hour, then more work from home this evening. Yay!

Jimmy Moore's LATEST blog Now we have a new thread I don't want anyone to forget that the type of low carb diet our bodies evolved to function best with over hundreds of thousands of years evolved living outdoors and near naked. We may not be able to spend the 20#30 minutes naked at noon required to attain and maintain a 25(0H)D status around 60ng 150nmol/l (the level at which human breast milk flows replete with D3) but we can all take the equivalent 5000~6000iu/d vitamin D3.

  • Got a reply from Bailey's - see below.

    Dear Sir / Madam,

Thank you for your recent email regarding Baileys.

Per a 37ml/1.3oz serving of Baileys there are 7.4g of carbohydrates.

I hope this information is of help to you and if I can be of any further
assistance to you in the future please do not hesitate to contact me.

    Kind Regard,

37ml doesn't even show up on my measuring jug!! :rotfl:
Too late now anyway, hubby went to co-op & bought me a bottle!!
Ok, actually it was me.
  • mazzers, your mexican fudge with a twist sounds yum!!
I still haven't felt hungry after my piece at 3pm so I'm sorry to say I didn't make the lasagne tonight. Ended up making a bolognaise sauce & hubby/kids had it with spaghetti. Thinking of using the leftover sauce for a mini-lasagne for me tomorrow. :D

Am feeling rather bloated after my sarnie.
I hope flax doesn't stall me.

Lots of my family and friends are saying no way could they go without bread, I thought that too mind, but goes to show how addictive it is and the average brit buys loads of the stuff on a weekly basis, i have seen it first hand on the checkouts when working there.

Blinkin awful stuff i now realise.
