I've got the most marvelous weight loss aid ever. Get given an ultimatum of your partner or your child (adult but with difficulties).
Removes the appetite instantly.
What was the amount Maz? 3 stone in 3 weeks was it?
Alias ((((HUGS)))) from me too, i really hope that you manage to sort everything out!

I am sorry but this made me angry. If my OH gave me an ultimatum I am so stubborn that I would eat even more. I am assuming that he is not perfect but expects perfection from you. I really feel for you and hope you manage to work things out the way YOU want. Take care0 -

Nooo, dont think it means that she has an ultimatum to lose weight, knowing her, she'd do the opposite too... i think

Morning peeps
woke up an hour ago on the sofa:o was so knackered last night i fell asleep in front of the lappy, i`ve just put the washing machine etc on as i need to make sure that everything is out of the kitchen before 8 when the bloke arrives to box the pipes in.
Tea yesterday was a nice salad, ok it did have pork pie on it but i gave the pastry to the 2 waggy tailed things that were watching my every move
Today it will be the same, we had mackerel on it yesterday but i`m not sure what we will have tonight- maybe chicken. Breakfast will be yogurt as i`ve had the yogurt maker on and something will turn up for dinner.
Mazzers - Good news re your niece :j
Alias - Hope that you`re ok!
Gers - Speedy recovery wishes for you! I agree, daytime telly is pants.
Off to start emptying the kitchen shortly.

Morning - there's a red sky in Newcastle so it's probably going to pour down today.
Bank Holiday plans are all up the spout  so more lying around. Never thought I'd hear myself complaining about being idle! I got the Wii installed last night so will be able to watch a load of missed programmes whilst on the sofa rather than the computer chair.
Breakfast - bacon and eggs
Lunch - something salady
Evening - it's our usual Friday chinese takeaway - missed it for a couple of weeks so really looking forward to it.0 -
Morning :hello:
Hope everyone doing ok today, especially alias
Sunny, that was an early postI was sat on the loo at that time, listening to the dawn chorus (sorry if that was tmi!!
). Btw, that's not a regular thing of mine, it was just all the water I'd drank yesterday!! :rotfl:
Glad it's Friday today & a lovely long weekend to bootNot sure if it'll be a good weekend, depends on some news today.
Awww, I'm just watching 2 baby bunnies hopping & jumping about outside, sooooo cuteI do like living here, we live next to a farm & I love the wildlife we get *sigh*
Anyway, enough of the waffle, see you all later goodly peeps :wave:0 -
It's Friday everyone and the sun is (almost out). I have my second weigh in at the clinic tomorrow so a strong laxative tonight, I think.
How is everyone? sweet, your life sounds very nice. I could happily sit and watch bunnies play all morning, Instead I have to go on a tedious training course to learn a piece of software that means we can do the job of two people instead of one. For the same money of course. Nice.
Chin up everyone and enjoy the bank holiday weekend, prob won't be on again until next week xxx0 -
For those that remember last week I started going into ketosis even thou I am on a lower carb diet (not low carb) any way got my bloods back and BOOM another tick for the eating of healthy oils/fats, another nail in the coffin of the avoid all fat/oil nonsense they currently push
Sodium 136 133-146
Potassium 4.8 3.5-5.0
Cholesterol 4.3 < 5.0
HDL 0.99 < 1.2
LDL 2.8 < 3.0
Trigylcerides 1.2 < 1.70
not bad for someone who had a BMI of 62 at the start of Jan this year, after spending 10 years on the pizza, curry and chocolate diet0
