Glad to hear it.
I worried after I'd written my last post that maybe I'd overstepped the mark and come over as offensive. Everyone round here is used to my sense of humour but I sometimes forget I might be the only one who thinks I'm funny.

Skinny women have better sex. (Apparently)
think I'll stay fat I'd rather have a cup of tea and some biscuits
hungry this morning , already had a lc cracker and butter , think i'll follow it with scrambled eggs
gravitytolls I have full cream milk in tea I couldnt give it up I have loads of cuppas every day
I do my own version of lc - induction is too strict for me , I stick to about 6 carbs for breakfast and 15 for lunch and tea - I try not to go over that though - but i do snack on macadamia nuts and dark choc at night and dont count those carbs

I had stuff on my mind and just couldn't sleep. Gave up eventually and came downstairs to have a cuppa (and 2 packets of hula hoops).
What more proof do you need that I am an emotional eater? :rotfl:Herman - MP for all!

Morning peeps :hello:
Welcome to ellas & gravity, good luck with lcing, lovely to have you here
I need another kick up my backside
I'm still being good food-wise, but I'm not drinking enough water. Have been waking up with a headache & I know it's because I'm dehydrated. I have other symptoms as well iykwim??
So, today I'm going to try & drink at least 8 glasses of water (cue lots of running to the loo) & see how I feel tomorrow, see if it makes a difference.
Don't think I have any other [STRIKE]drivel[/STRIKE] words of wisdom so I'll see you all later. Be good. :wave:0 -
