    Anyhoo, I'll be back.

    xxx

Glad to hear it. :) I worried after I'd written my last post that maybe I'd overstepped the mark and come over as offensive. Everyone round here is used to my sense of humour but I sometimes forget I might be the only one who thinks I'm funny. :o :rotfl:

I know. :( I had stuff on my mind and just couldn't sleep. Gave up eventually and came downstairs to have a cuppa (and 2 packets of hula hoops). :o

What more proof do you need that I am an emotional eater? :rotfl:

 Well, I suppose there's lots of me to go round!! :rotfl:

    Morning peeps :hello:

Welcome to ellas & gravity, good luck with lcing, lovely to have you here :D

I need another kick up my backside :o I'm still being good food-wise, but I'm not drinking enough water. Have been waking up with a headache & I know it's because I'm dehydrated. I have other symptoms as well iykwim?? :o So, today I'm going to try & drink at least 8 glasses of water (cue lots of running to the loo) & see how I feel tomorrow, see if it makes a difference.

Don't think I have any other [STRIKE]drivel[/STRIKE] words of wisdom so I'll see you all later. Be good.
