It's truely a wonder they manage to grow up at all isn't it? I'm sure if this was in the animal world, they would have been killed off long ago.It never ceases to amaze me that my middle one is able to live a reasonably adult life. :rotfl:

Ok, I had 2 crispbread cracker things with cheese this morning as I didn't have time for proper breakkie (had to go somewhere, yay...got out the house
) and when I came back I was going to have kedgeree for lunch.
Only problem was, the fish was seriously smelly.So I had cauli goo instead...consisting of grated dry fried cauli, chopped up boiled egg, sliced leek, chopped bacon, little cream and cheese. Throw in some spinach and wahay....the fish can go get stuffed. :rotfl: Sprinkled a little paprika over it and even my very fussy 'I'm not eating that ' son, ate the lot. (He's lost 8lbs btw...git that he is.
)
Now, given that I was the last poster here at 9am, I'm wondering where the heck you all are. :think: You had better just be really busy and not be cheating!Herman - MP for all!0 -
I'm here! Not cheating. I think I might have even found a collar bone this morning. Got yoga in half an hour and then a tedious late deadline. But am feeling pretty optimistic at the mo since my pound loss on Monday. Lunch sounds nice Jo.
I made Nasi Goreng last night (Indonesian rice dish, using cauli instead of rice) from the new Rick Stein book. It was lush. If I can be arsed to loko at the book again I'll post the recipe. Sometimes I find those hot, sour dishes are just what you need after too many weeks of gloopy, creamy muck muck on this diet.0 -
Yay on the collarbone thing!
Well I've got my plan of defence worked out in case of 'craving creep' occurring later on........I've made shedloads of sugar free jelly.Bring it on. I'm armed now! :rotfl:

Good plan. I always forget about that. I guess in real emergency you could keep cubes of it about your person, couldn't you? Would be almost like eating turkish delight. Nom.0 -
Hi peeps
