Well my icing is messed up again. :( My throat is so sore now that I had to get up out of bed as I felt it was closing up. I'm now sucking on antiseptic throat lozenges....first ingredient - sucrose. Right now, I don't care.

Morning all - am back on track, after having 3 days off Atkins, but really had the munchies for the first couple of days.

Yesterday had omelette for breakfast, then lunch tuna and avocado salad, and chicken with leeks in cream cheese, brocolli, and sugar free jelly, berries for dinner.

Is anyone else on Atkins, or mainly just cutting back on carbs?

Aliasojo - hope your throat is feeling better today.

Thanks peeps but really not well today. Feel like head is in a vice and could easily throw forth some dragon like flames from throat. Will sit on couch all day and moan methinks.

Hi, we're al doing different things. Some are atkins, some are making their own thing up. I'm doing IPD though I add greek yogurt and berries as I can't stand meat and eggs for breakfast all the time.

I'm cutting down/out carbs, loosely based on Atkins and picking up lots of useful tips here too, like taking coconut oil.
I have realised that the days I can do a good walk are the days that I lose.
