emilliah I just do my own version of low carb I dont have bread potatoes, rice pasta etc but I do have milk berries greek yog . I am doing this to lose weight but also to improve my blood sugars as I am pre diabetic ( I actually think I am diabetic as my sugars can go really high :()

I am losing weight albeit very very slowly now , I want to increase my exercise to see if that speeds up my weight loss ( well I dont want to exercise but I think its my only option ) hence the swim last night :A

Alias hope you are feeling a bit better , make sure you rest up x

mazzers are you still measuring your bs whilst doing sw? I quite like sw red days so if it doesnt impact on your bs I might give it a go

edited to say doing the coconut oil too, its brilliant as a body moisturiser and i take a teaspoon in a morning it seems to relieve any .. ehem *coughs* .. congestion :o

Sistercas, i am supposed to be measuring my bg while doing sw, but unfortunately, i've not been sticking to it so i've not bothered.

I really need more strips to test everything i eat, porridge is really good so been having that daily.

Also, not been resisting the chocolate as three of them together are stressing me out!
One of them ( the worse one) departing tomorrow so hopefully i can get back on track, (excuses excuses i know).

I need to lower my carbs....I have anyway as I'm gluten intolerant and that lowers the "what I can eat" list....but I need to stop the dinner ones, so I need a bit of help with this..
