    Been rather quiet here again.

They say alcohol lowers bg ( prob why everyone fancies grub after drinking) and i've put it to the test ( purely for experimental purposes you understand) and it's true!!

My bg is 6.0 after 3/4 of a bottle of wine, lowest i've recorded, does that mean i should drink more :j

Oh and the stress of putting up with these three together has resulted in a coldsore the size of a bloody balloon, my lip looks deformed.. and i'm off out Sat, did i mention that :rotfl:

sounds like 3/4 bottle of wine is diabetic friendly , imagine how friendly 2 bottles would be ;) :rotfl:

my bs are up the spout again , I was getting 10's yesterday and I had hardly had anything to eat to do it :( really fed up getting some pain in my feet too

    breakfast: fried egg mushrooms
    lunch: quiche and salad
    tea: ?

Alias hows the affair going ?

Morning all, off for a gad around Swansea today, couple of friends have the week off too :)

How's alias? keeping a bit shtum atm, you locked in the bedroom with Sawyer? or are you back under the patio :rotfl:

Could do with going back to bed really, alcohol makes me toss and turn all night.

Sistercas, maybe you should up your carbs a bit?

Porridge is great for me, keeps it low and keeps me going for a while :)
I even had it for lunch yesterday

Morning guys. Got a headache. Did a very bad thing last night and drank cider. Lots of it. Had a 'fed up with my life' moment and got p*ssed in order to deal with it. Got to get a hold otherwise all that weight I've lost so far will be back and I seriously don't want that to happen.

Going shopping in a while and will stock up on lc food and no booze. Getting fed up with chicken a bit though. I wish I was married to a chef. *sigh*

As for the affair, give us a chance, the idea only popped into my head yesterday! :rotfl:

    Have a good day peeps.

Just as well. It's a well known fact that slugs are high carb. :D

    Hi saz! :D

If I'm honest, I really don't know that much about a slug's anatomy. :rotfl:I know enough to not want to eat them though. :D

Hiya hun :D Yeah they're proper gross aren't they. I like cutting them in half with a trowel but o/h objects on humanitarian grounds!

I just had a cupcake for breakfast. That doesn't fit with any diet known to man - or woman - does it? Apart from maybe the Cupcake Diet. Hmmm maybe I'll start a new thread... :D

And did I mention it's friday? Yaaaay! :j

I need inspiration, Tell me what to buy from Morrisons someone. In fact just go do my shopping for me. I hate this, I wish I just didn't have to bother about food at all, it's such a faff.
