Dont keep mine in the fridge.

Lamb has been cooked for 5 hours, is lovely and tender and ready cooked for tomorrow :p

Slugs are very nutritious btw, and all the slime is good for the bowels :rotfl:(also helps it slide down easily)

bleh!, I keep thinking thank goodness it was a whole slug and not half a one :(:rotfl:

first two pots of coconut oil I had didnt have any storage instructions (Akamuti and Coconoil) but this pot (H+B) says to keep in fridge, and I think it is tasting a bit iffy

your lamb sounds lovely, looking forward to lamb for dinner next sunday (Easter)

Where are you all? Thread seems awful quiet these days. :(

Well the pound I lost yesterday...was back on today. Im at a loss to know what to do now tbh. I was pretty active yesterday and ate properly so I'm surprised to see it back. I also drank loads of water and if anything, I was expecting to see another one gone.

I'm beginning to think this isn't really working for me now, maybe I've yo-yo'd too many times.

OH is off out for lunch today with some peeps from another forum. I'm plasterboarding. Sometimes think my life is all wrong. :undecided

Happy Sunday everyone. Maz, hope your head isn't thumping. :)

Me too, I have sympathy. We're supposed to be decorating our bedroom, so I've been left sanding and priming, whilst he's just nipped to the pub  I wouldn't mind if I didn't have anything else to do (like that ever happens!) but DS No3 is off skiing to Italy with school next week and I'm trying to get some ironing and packing done as well as all the normal weekend mad catch up.

Well things have gone from bad to worse. Just had a big argument with OH before he left and I headed straight for the junk cupboard. I'm sick of doing this to myself, how the hell do I stop it? Does anyone think the type of hypnotherapy that peeps have when they are trying to face their fears (flying/spiders etc) would work? (I'm serious btw.)

Would you believe we argued over the clocks changing and whether the dog should be fed at his usual time or not. Instead of talking about it, when I disagreed with him, he went in a mood and walked off saying 'oh I'm wrong again'. Eldest laughed at him because he thought he was joking. It became apparent he wasn't when he told eldest to shut up. Childish git. (That's the abridged version. :D)

    Hi all.
No headache, just feet ache :( didnt get in til 3am, is a great place for youngsters, was like Magaluf in the summer, streets are pedestrianised on weekend nights and is choc a block with party peeps.

Had lovely time, also got two complimentary bottles of wine ( £30) in the hotel as we complained.
They gave us a key to an occupied room  (luckily no one there at the time) but we had to wait an hour for a new room and we said it was not on!!

Had a fab breakfast so am full up for a few hours :)

Alias, the more you do, the less you're thought of imo, it just becomes expected of you.

Hello everyone  remember moi? :D

I`m back for a while, having put back on most of what i lost last time and feeling pretty fed up i`m giving it another go, i`m budgeting for it this time though so hopefully i`ll be around long term instead of a few months.

I`ve been reading on and off for a while to motivate myself but after eating pretty much non stop for the last three days and sitting with my trousers unbuttoned, (one button broke in half and flew off :o)today is day one :D

BF 1tsp coconut oil, 2 scramblies, 1 sausage and 2 pieces of bacon
L 1 Chicken thigh & cheese chunks with salami
T 1 piece frying steak & leeks in butter
Snacks 1 piece roast belly pork

Hope to "see you" all soon.

    SD
Planning on starting the GC again soon :p
