I'm not laughing at you, I promise...but it's first thing in the morning. Did you even try?
Mind you I'm one to talk, the other morning I got up and had Special K.:D
However, yesterday was a completely icing day. Yay! Go me.... I can do one day!:rotfl:
I'm STILL the same weight this morning as I've been for the last 3 (4?) weeks. *sigh* Could be worse I suppose.
WW3 in my house since last night, with OH and eldest. Slightly worried it'll make me head for the chocolate and the wine again just cos I'm sick of having to step in to stop things escalating even further. Why can't people just sod off and get on with each other? Don't they know THEY are the reason I'm fat?!
I wish you all a peaceful weekend.Herman - MP for all!0 -

I love colouring in, but what chance do you get to do it as an adult ?:)0 -
This is the granola recipe I have used for years;
oil +honey melted together, stir in oats, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and chopped nuts. Bake in oen (gas 1/275/140) for 1 hour, stirring frequently, until brown and crispy. Leave to cool stirring occasionally, once cool add wheatgerm and sultanas. Store in airtight container.
thanks for that0 -

Does anyone have a recipie for the bacon and egg muffins that i hear about on here. I've tried to make them using my quiche recipie in silicone cups but they just sunk and were a tad moist. Ta in advance
for 12 silicone muffin cups
12 eggs
120ml double cream
120ml water
100-170g grated or cubed cheese
fillings: sauteed onions, sauteed mushrooms, chopped fresh herbs, cooked bacon, cooked sausages (remove the skins prior to cooking), fried butternut squash, roasted pepper, roasted aubergine, cooked flaked fish... etc
Fill the muffin cups with your chosen filling (about halfway up the cups). Beat the eggs, cream and water together and season with salt & pepper, divide the egg mixture between the cups and top with the cheese.
Cook at 190C gas 5 for about 20 minutes till golden and fluffy. Allow to cool a bit in the cups before removing.0 -

You're right, a ham roll for brekkie :rotfl:
I was being very good, porridge for brekkie, few nuts as a snack, but cheeky git in work (male obviously) booked himself a haircut during my break so i waited til 3pm for lunch, from 8am, so was completely mad with hunger, made do with a jkt filled with tikka, but things went downhill from there
Not had alcohol for a while though, i seem to have lost my desire for it
:j got a week off now, hopefully i can get back on track and lose a lb or two for my night away on Sat.0 -

Well I feel positively virtuous now compared to you lot. I'm struggling but hanging in there just. Probably eating a few too many peanuts though.
Had gammon/cauli/little cabbage for dinner last night. Tonight is belly pork and some other veg.
I've noticed something not nice happening these days.......my fat is becoming wobbly. Before, it was fairly static and my skin fitted and all was held together well iyswimnow, my fat is looser and more wobbly. I'm assuming that's because it's beginning to melt away.
I can't have floppy skin and flabby bits. That makes me feel worse than being fat.I'm going to have to do the 'E' word. At what point do you think it's too late for your skin and remaining flesh to firm up again? I really don't want to be one of those peeps who have shopping bags all over their body and they need to have surgery to remove the loose skin and flab. How much excess weight can a body take before it says 'I'm done, you've stretched me too far now and I'm ruined forever'?
(This is a genuine concern you know, you have a worried person in your midst. As far as I know, Tesco don't yet do plastic surgery deals so my points vouchers wont help me now.)
