Lol, nothing exciting, just 'premium pork sausages'. Says 90% pork & low carb on the packaging plus freedom food/RSPCA monitored etc., thought I'd give them a try.
1.0g carbs per 100g (there's 6 in the pack & it weighs 400g) so you can do the Math!! :rotfl:
Got mine from Tesco, I think about £2.40?? Tbh, I find them fatty, the sort of sausages that spurt fat when you cut into them, taste ok though.

PS. For anyone on here who's heard of Weezl74 (who hasn't?!) she's just had her baby son this morning :) Awwww.

    Oh Mazzers, how miserable.

Right you lot, what's with the gateau and the fish and chips? You're all rubbish. Say 25 hail Marys and get with the programme.

I am attempting a yoga class today that I know is going to be embarrassing and humiliating. But I am so determined to get rid of another pound this week I don't care. It's the level above the level I do currently.

Can I share with you my sartortial problems when it comes to yoga? Maybe one of you has an answer. I am very self conscious about my belly - lower belly, which has an icky caesarean overhang. It's well out of proportion with the rest of my not inconsiderable body. So when I go to the gym I wear nice yoga trousers, which are pretty flattering, and a longsleeve baggy T shirt from gap, which hides the overhang. I can't wear tight stuff as I just look like some sort of mad michelin woman.

However, in yoga, because there's lots of inverted positions, my trusty T shirt keeps riding up and showing my flabby belly. So I have to keep tugging it back down again and not do the pose properly. I tried wearing a spaghetti strap top underneath, tucked into my trousers, but I got really hot. I thought about wearing a skintight strappy top under a looser strappy top, but then my bingo wings are on display. There's just no solution, is there? I have to decide between bingo wings and belly. Today I've brought a black longsleeve top from Hobbs which is pretty tight so it won't ride up. but I know I'm going to wince every time I see myself in the mirror. Any miracle tops out there that will solve my problem?
  • mazzers, sorry to hear about your son, hope he's ok. :(

sarah, have you thought about wearing a bather (swimsuit :o) or a 'body' under your tee??

I was going to suggest a body too.
I have a grey cotton one (too small now tho) and although it might be a bit hot i'd prefer to faint from heat exhaustion than let anyone see my belly! :rotfl:

Thank you, the body's a good idea. I think it would still make me very hot. The good news though, is that I've done the class and not only did the black Hobbs top work well (I avoided looking at myself much in the mirror) and not ride up, but I also managed to do the class easily, despite my worries. My teacher afterwards told me I could join that level permanently if I want to. Hurrah!

Now go to stop myself having chocolate, which I'm having a craving for.
