    Morning all.
Read the posts last night but was too tired to post myself, didnt get in til 9.30 as i did a shop after work and by the time i had food i was pooped.

Really miserable day, rained all night i think,
soo glad i phoned my boy from work to get the washing in :)

Had broccoli florets reduced 20p last night, never cooked in micro before but what a success, stayed bright green, i usually steam it and it loses its colour.

Have lost the 1lb i put on when i added carbs so very pleased about that.

Thanks sweet for the blood sugar converter :) have it on faves now, saves me digging out my mobile every time.

Woke up weak & hungry again so no treadmill.

    Food for today:
    B - 2 Black Farmer sausages, 2 fried eggs, lettuce & coleslaw (I was hungry :o)
L - 2 lc crispbreads with butter & cheese, BNS soup
D - can't decide but will have with the usual cauli mash & green beans & maybe some buttered cabbage or more lettuce & coleslaw??
    S - handful of S&V peanuts

Think I'm suffering from stress :( Really struggling with lcing this time & feel like carp, but I know other aspects of my life are not helping :( Think I need a big dose of Gers' PMA :o

See you all later, hopefully in a better mood

Had a good idea... I think we should start a club where we all pay into a kitty every week and everyone gets a week number. When our number is drawn, we get what's in the kitty, we can then afford to go and have plastic surgery and we no longer need to deal with rubbish like diets! Since it's a draw where all our numbers will come up, we will all get a winning week. Simples!

I am soooo not having a good time right now. :( Sorry Gers, can't do positive.

I am quite amazed, before breakfast, sugars were, 8.1 ( really should be about 4-5 fasting)

1 hr after carby breakfast went up to 11 ( idealy shouldnt go over 10)
2 hrs later down to 6.8, lowest reading i've had since lc, (always over 8) now i dont know is this is a good thing, that it means my body is dealing with the sugar or a bad thing that its dropping meaning highs and lows will be bad for me ( am already starting to get peckish) and if it would be best on lc keeping it at least stable??

Will ask at the hospital when i get my appt.

Had to post, down to 5.7 after 3 hours, first normal-ish reading i've had since testing myself.
    Confused now.
    Off to google.

    Take me with you. :(

I just came back to confess. Took daughter to swimming class, went to chip shop, sat in car park with fish and chips a can of diet coke and a newspaper.

Had to tell otherwise it will become a dirty little secret iyswim.

OH has just phoned, he's on his way home from work and has stopped off in Morrisons, asked if I needed anything. He's been instructed to buy wine. I need therapy.

yet whilst i'm low carbing I cant get it below 6.2 even after hours of nowt to eat,
my morning fasting bs is around 7 and after eggs and bacon it goes to around 9 :( its weird
is your hosp appointment to do with your sugars?
