Morning all. No loss last week :( but I'm ok with that as long as it doesnt happen every week.
I gave in and had half grapefruit for my breakfast, and last slice of gammon from last nights tea.
Time to get some work done methinks.

You must be burning fat, what else is there to burn!

I've just been looking for the scrap of paper I wrote down my start measurements on and needless to say I can't find it. I was hoping I could see something in black and white to cheer me up, lol.

I might be burning my 'goodwill to all men' feelings. :rotfl:

I've not bothered weighing for a good few days or i'd be joining the no losers.

Will weigh after totm and hopefully see a loss.

Up at 7.30 and not eaten yet ( thats why shakes are good for me on work days :) ) so am off for bacon, sausage and eggs.

    See you later.

Hello all. Spectacularly drunk yesterday after a boozy sunday lunch with friends at our house. Stuck it out pretty well carb wise until they had gone when I fell headfirst into a box of heroes that they had brought, damn them.

Still I went to bed (in my clothes, DH had to prise me out of them when he came to bed :)) at 8pm without dinner, which is probably why I appeared to have lost a pound this morning. BEt it will be back with its friends by tomorrow.

Been in a meeting all flipping day with sandwiches for lunch.. prised the meat out of them and had all the salady stuff on top. Now just had the most delicious evening meal: strips of steak, onions, baby corn, sugarsnap peas and a couple of mushrooms all fried up and the some philly garlic cheese with some cream in all mixed up - on a bed of salad leaves and coleslaw. :j:j Very full and very satisfied!

Also having a well deserved glass of dry white wine :o:o

I'm really struggling today, I'm starving. Deffo TOTM linked though, I know that. I usually have 2 days of this before the 'event' happens then appetite settles down again.

It's pointless trying to fight this, so I'm eating more than usual but trying to stick to ok things even if I'm eating too much of them iyswim.

Had 2 cold sausages leftover from yesterday for a 'running out the door' breakkie, but when I came back, OH had made me bacon sausage and egg ..so I had 2 breakfasts.

I then had 2 crispbreads with cheese and some peanuts.

Then ...2 crispbreads and cheese. :o

Then grated fried cauli with chopped cooked turkey, little cream and curry powder mixed in.

And I know I'm not done yet.

AND I HAD COKE! Shoot me now. :rotfl:

Btw Gers, nice to see you back (very jealous). :D

Sweet and Mercy are conspicuous by their absence. I suspect I know why sweet's not posting much but Mercy's not usually bad. :rotfl:

oopsie rolls are in the oven - fingers crossed they turn out ok!!!

for those who shop in aldi they have medium sized BNS for 49p (as well as other veg at 49p!) and some beefburgers (called oakhurst - pack of 8 1/4 pounders) that are 1.5carbs per burger!!

:( oopsie rolls turned into more of 'oh dear try better next time' rolls...! I dont think I whisked the whites enough (arm was starting to ache as I dont have an electric whisk!).
they are useable just not as big and puffy as they should be!

It's the dehydration i'm sorry to say, it will go back on but at least it's fluid not fat.

You beat me to it :p
I picked up two BNS, they keep for ages in the fridge.

Had four lovely lean beef medallions reduced and chicken drumsticks too, beat the daylights out of one of the medallions and fried with mushrooms and a few onions was very nice.

Had my mammo, didnt hurt a bit.

Been busy cooking, beefy bubble and squeak patties, fajitas and salad for the boys and a shepherds pie for tomorrow, mexican fudge, chilli burgers and the drummers for me, so am sorted for a couple of days :)

I'm off to vacuum the stairs and then relax with Sawyer ( ;) and :p to alias) i've hired lost, and got a few more to watch before it goes back.
