    Hi Mazzers ,
thanks for that info... i will look.
I had bought the Holland and Barett whey shake they are 1/2 price at the mo.
    £12 instead of 24.
I made mine with water ...was yuk....you can use milk ..thou i'm not much of a milk drinker. and not keen on using milk as the carbs, even though the shakes say a low carb content. I will try again in the quest for lightenment...:A
off to make the soy flour yorkshire 's to see if i can improve on sister cass. ones...

made the soy flour yorkshire's........well im usually champion yorkshire maker....
these were sadly like frizbees but looked a good colour and texture....any way I ate them ...family just moaned abit (they are spoilt).
But will try again....maybe more soy flour.....
mmmm some trail and error I think......

its weigh in day for me tomorrow....I dont think I have lost much since the frist week.... down fall was birthday, and peanuts I keep nibbling ...I promise I wont buy any more ......cos even when they are in the cupboard I can hear them calling to me......
Never mind I am keep on keeping on, as they say....It just makes so much sense to me to low carb....just takes a little effort and inventiveness.

It could be the lack of gluten, that's why I wondered if a bit of added gluten powder would give a better result.

Well I'm gutted! Haven't lost an ounce this week, exactly the same weight as last weigh day. I just don't get it, I've been on the go like a trojan all week. This is the busiest week I've had so far I think, I should have been burnng fat like a crazy person. *insert confused smilie*

    Oh well.

Mazzers, hope all goes well with the mamo......grin and bear it. :D

beautiful day here again, washing machine going like a demon.

Alias, fear not.. honest, thats what hapened to me last time, kept going down in clothes sizes, people in work noticing i was losing, but the scales staying the same, i stayed at 11lb loss for aaaaages, eventually lost another 2lb but had gone down two dress sizes to 16.

You must be burning fat, what else is there to burn!

    Does Woo Hoo count :rotfl:

I wasnt losing at all on some occasions but i was getting slimmer, thats why i believed 'why the scales can lie,' they were lying to me.

Also, my bigger top half was slimming down to match up with my bottom half
Something that has never happened before.
My boobs are not bigger tho :D

Mercy, you do say the nicest things ( to sweet i meant )

I am not putting the 11lbs back on, not gonna weigh for a week just incase, cos if i have gained, will prob lose in a week.

An old friend (male) saw me last week and could see i'd lost lots even from a distance, and was very complimentary. Strangely tho, it does look like more than 11lbs, normally that amount hardly makes a dent in my appearance.

    Intend to be good tomorrow.;)

    .

    Look alias, from May 09

    Morning all!

Well, I made my soup!!! Not too sure if I like it or not – reminded of slightly runny baby food!! Im wondering if I didn’t add enough water/stock so will try that later.

Am going to make some oopsies later as I got some bargain whoopsied eggs from tesco (35p) – just need to remember to buy some cream of tartar and some more cream cheese!!
