    stupid computer keeps playing up!!

for breakfast I have had a pepparami, lunch was the rest of my meatballs in spicy sauce with cheese on top (very nice but quite greasy).

not too sure what to have for tea - might have a grill-up as I have sausages, bacon and eggs in the fridge...

hopefully I have gone into ketosis (mouth tastes quite metallicy) so all I can say to the fat is 'BURN, BABY BURN'!!!!!
  • Forgot to say I watched that 'who made me fat' programme yesterday, shocking information, but not surprised by it at all. We low-carbers () have known about this for a long time!!
Quite liked the way it was presented, a bit Anna Richardson stylee I thought, but without her comedic arched eyebrows, iykwim!! Miaow!! :rotfl:
The interview with the Morrisons Manager was cringe-makingly funny!!
Thanks to whoever it was that first mentioned watching it (btw, tis on iplayer until Monday night if anyone hasn't seen it yet).

The bit that made me angry was the total spin by govt and the civil servant who was so rude to her regarding the interview protocol. These people seem to forget there wages are paid by the public and they are there to serve our needs not their own. Sorry but really got me annoyed.

Soy flour is pretty strong tasting, similar to chickpea flour/gram flour - I've only made a sort of cheese and chive bread with it, which helped disguise the taste a bit, so I'm not sure how yorkshires would taste made with it, sorry to be a downer, but thought I better mention it. It might work with some plain whey protein and some gluten powder with the eggs and milk.

    regards CWR

oh well its worth a try its only 1/4 cup of soy flour
    1/2 cup of double cream
    2 large eggs
1/2 seltzer ( which is fizzy water)
    I'll let you know...
    thanks for the info.:T

    Just back from asda's
 so much temptation in there rows and rows of choc and bread , every thing in the freezer seemed to covered in pastry or breadcrumbs.......

The only good thing is I didnt give in to the temptation ...(nearly killed me!!)

I could see these things for what they really are . fat inducing cheaply produced food.......

Hubby says maybe shopping on line might be the answer...
He could be right ......Shhhhhh dont tell him......:rotfl:

I've been working on, manager was desperate so i agreed, a long shift for me though 10am - 7pm, usaully finish at 4pm.
Too tired to cook (or care) so had a pepperami, a cheese dipper thing, and a spicy chicken breast, breakfast was a lc shake and lunch an omelette.

Tomorrow will be extremely stressful no doubt as we have a double workload, same workforce and one person off, will prob sleep all sunday!!

Had a day off lc yesterday as i met friends for lunch, thats why i kept a low profile :o
Went mad for carbs, had a fab day and got back to it ok today, the cheese thingy was a bit high but not too bad all in all.
I'm convinced its the acidophilous helping ykno
Sweet you know how hard i usually find it to get back to lc.

Anyway, am in bed and intend to be asleep by ten so will be no more food for me today :)

Pop, if diet, contains the things like aspartame. If your pop of choice has this then please know it was first classified as a 'CHEMICAL WARFARE AGENT' by the FDA. Then by lobbying ws eventually pushed through as a food additive. (?!!!!!!?)

Thanks Mercy - must say we drink diet coke, diet lemonade and diet squashes in our house, but I was starting to wonder about the health risks after a friend refused to drink it saying aspartame can be used to embalm bodies.......

Oh can't decide what to do, whisky and (diet) coke or rum and (diet) coke is my weekly treat but sugar or embalming chemical warfare sweetener ?!!!!

Altho my favoute drink by far is tea (decaf when I can)...anyone for a brew?! :)
