Well, I had the broccoli with the spag sauce (with soya mince) and it was lovely, and that's todays menu sorted because I'm having it again today, with the usual yoghurt and cheesy eggs. I'll try it with the courgette next time. I'm now off to feed everyone with the leftover hobnobs, to keep them warm of course!

That seems very extreme, that's a difference of 12lbs in a few days? Maybe you should check your scales? Are they mechanical ones or battery ones? If you've been fairly good, I can't see how you would put on 12lbs tbh.

Thinking maybe I lost a lot of water weight with going to the gym so much and maybe lost a bit of fat too. It is strange. My scales are brand new.. digital? I don't know. I'm using it on a solid tile bathroom floor so unless its really wonky or something :rotfl:

been to meadowhall shopping and i find it really difficult to pass all the coffee and muffin places ( i did though :A) but then I went into holland and barrets ( bum! I meant to get coconut oil!) for some vits and came out with ricecakes covered in chocolate :o 6.4g carbs each- thats never going to curb my sweet tooth.- oh well

    breakfast: cheese and bacon
lunch 1 sausage fried onions and mushrooms
tea:doing them a pasta bake might try the courgette thing depends on how high the sauce is

Ok, this week alone I have gone from being 16st 2 to 17st in the space of a few days. So bizarre. I *feel* like i've put on fat, even though I've been really good.

    Hi all!

Been quite ill last 3 days, some sort of stomach bug - orrible.

due to this I've been very good as I've not been eating much. Water is quite low carb I believe? :rotfl: Tried eating but felt worse :(

Have managed some very soft scrambled eggs today and a bit of cream cheese in ham. Salad too till I got fed up of chewing :)

Still feel totally bloated but hoping that's the bug and will go.

No... been in Glasgow and came back with a rotten snotty sneezey coughy coldy cold  Got a red raw nose and a head full of snot so trying to get myself better before heading off. Tonight I tried some cake to see if that would help, surprisingly it didn't! Need to go back to the paracetamol.

Packing done, seats booked and almost set to go - leaving here on Saturday and flying on Sunday. Won't be around until after 06 March :j:j Even made loads of soup to restock the freezer for my return :j and been really good until today :( when the lure of 'feed a cold' seemed to make real sense. :o Funnily enough the menthol stuff I dug out from the bathroom cupboard was bought by me in Dubai in 2007 when I last when to Oz, came back with a cold that time. Closing the circle now I think. :rotfl:

Sorry to not have been around, seems the place is infused with lots of lovely 'new' people to encourage and cajole so many welcomes to you all. And a temporary goodbye.

    Mercy, hope you're better soon.

    Keep LCing to everyone else.
