Well, that's the food sorted!
Now, I've had both my hair and my toenails marinading in coconut oil since 10 am. Am going to have a shower, and get a pedicure sorted, including deep cherry red varnish! Also plan to defoliate and slather in oil. Im worth itFirst, a facepak. This day has been a good one!

I'm just lonely, sniff.
MXXX
Can't be lonely with all us here - sorry we're not there!
I've got an obession with bowls and bed linen! It's really difficult to not buy any of these items when out shopping.
My temptation for today has been the low carb choccie bun - even went out to get some cream of tartar but I KNOW that I'd eat them all in one sitting so am not going to make them.
 :T0 -
Have made a big bowl of salad and a bowl of curried chicken so lunches should be sorted for the next couple of days. Am feeling much better and will be back on day one tomorrow, feeling a little miffed at having to start again but nevermind:o Will remember to cook my chicken properly next time so i don't have this problem:rotfl:The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

Onward and upward - well done! No need to feel miffed, life is not smooth and you've just jumped over another hurdle and not been tripped up by it.
Early morning for me again, just had to have my coconut oil before getting showered otherwise there'll not be enough time to have breakfast before joining the queue on the A1. This morning I tried on a jacket which has been rather tight around the bum/hip area and not it's a good fit so a couple of inches have gone. :j
Breakfast will be eggs
Lunch - don't know yet
Evening - just taken some random soup out of the freezer, it's reddy so could be tomato, carrot or BNS!
Just got a sniffle or two so need to head off a cold  can't be doing with one before I go away. Last time I travelled back from Melbourne I had an horrendously snotty nose and it wasn't nice.
Snow still lying so will drive extra carefully and leave extra early.
Hope everyone is doing well and is warm.0 -
Morning all.
Jack Frost has been very busy round here last night, think i may have to chisel it off its so thick.
Had a very early night last night as i've got a cough now, so wanted a good rest * rolls eyes*
Feel a bit more energetic so will get myself off out for the day, also, got the cross trainer into the conservatory so will making use of that hopefully.
Off to make breakfast.0 -
Morning everyone :hello:
Hello to alias, good to see you back!!
Looking hopeful for mazzers, too!!:rotfl:
Mercy, you were a busy bee yesterday!! :T Were you a Stepford Wife in a previous life??
G&B, salad & curried chicken sounds yummy
Gers, well done on the loose-fitting jacket, your efforts are obviously paying off :T
Well, my efforts are paying off as well, I've lost 2 & a bit lbs this week, which takes me down exactly to my pre-Christmas weight & I'm back to being in the overweight bmi category!! Really chuffed :j
Menu for today:
B - 1 egg cheese omelette (pesky DD2 helped herself to the last but one egg yesterday!!)
L - 2 low-carb crispbreads with butter & cheese, garlic sausage, BNS soup
D - lime & coriander chicken with cauli mash, green beans & creamy mushroom sauce
Right, better get a shift on as I have lots of things to do & people to see!!
See you all later :wave:0 -
Hello, I'm here. Still hanging on but no weight shifting, bah. Really not sure why as I haven't been particularly naughty. Perhaps a bit too much dark chocolate. Might try to cut that out completely this week.
Anyway, today: B: bockwurst and mustard
L: Chicken salad (from roast chicken yesterday)Fish pie
Snacks: some nuts and smoked turkey0 -
Hi guys...guess what?! Yesterday was day 1...and I didn't cheat. :rotfl:
Now I'm well aware how crap that is by everyone else's standards......but my standards are so pitifully low right now that one day of not eating junk is a huge step forward.
Yay me. Blows trumpet and shakes ample backside.:D
I actually feel a little less 'cotton woolly' today as well so whether that's co-incidence or down to no carbs after only one day, who knows. Mind you it could also be down to my B12 intake too.
I've even dyed my hair and plucked my eyebrows this morning. AND I'm wearing perfume! I'm a Goddess, on a par with Mercy. :rotfl:
Anyway...serious question...can anyone remember yonks ago when Ted was talking about 5-HTP? I ordered some at the time but can't remember how many to take, I wondered if Ted had opinioned on that? (Is opinioned a word? If it's not, it should be)
Btw sweet.....you sound suspiciously like a person with a life this morning. I think I may start making things up just to look interesting. :rotfl:
Well done on the loss.
Have a good day all.Herman - MP for all!0 -
