Morning everyone in LC land, on the fringes of LC land or just about to enter LC land.

Been showered and dressed, had my breakfast (forgot about coconut oil so will take it before lunch). Got a pile of work to whittle through  and hope to close the laptop by 2.00p.m.

Lunch will be salady stuff - still loving it
Evening meal - probably BNS soup with some meat in it if we don't have Chinese

Today seems warmer and last night was a definite improvement as I woke up cos I was too hot.

Just cleared out my knicker drawer and am appalled at myself! 6 new/unused pairs of size 16; 13 new/unused pairs of size 18 and 10 new/unused pairs of size 20! :o And 3 pairs of lovely Sloggies (new/unused) All in white. And that doesn't include the ones that are very used and now falling apart that I wear on a daily basis. Grief... talk about OCD!! So, all the 'normal' ones are in the suitcase and will be worn and then chucked out and not brought back.

    Quite ashamed of myself. :(

Happy LCing today folks, hope you all get to where you want to me.
  • Morning all

Yaay, tis Friday!! :j Was hoping to go for a walk along the beach today, seeing as I'm car-less, but is sooo cold here!! We've had sleet & hailstones this morning. Have to go to Co-op at some point, so I guess that's going to be my walk for the day.

    Menu for today:
    B - 2 egg cheese omelette
L - 2 low-carb crispbreads with butter & cheese, garlic sausage, BNS soup (last one!!)
D - oven baked cod with cheesy leeks, cauli mash & green beans (that's if I can buy some today)

Supper will be wine :D & I might have a couple more crispbreads to help soak it up!! Still haven't bought any S&V peanuts so will have to rely on out-of-date salted almonds if I'm still peckish.

Anyone seen Mercy?? She seems to have gone awol :( Come back, Mercy, we miss you!!

    See you all later

Morning, had a long day at uni but have been very good!

Breakfast: 2 slices bacon and scrambled egg
Lunch: corned beef and parmesan salad
Dinner is cooking and is chicken paprika and brocolli and green beans.

Have had a couple of babybels and some little sausages as snacks.
Not had nearly enough water though, its hard to drink a load of water when you have 3 or 4 lectures in a row;)

    Hi all,
I do save clubcard vouchers sweet, and usually use them for deals :)
RAC cover usually, £120 worth for £30.. not bad!

Got a few to use up so will look into it.

Have been thinking about a weekend away with friends so maybe we can organise something.

Wasn't my usual self in work and my manager said 'get a grip, you could be in Haiti buried under rubble'.
Very true and puts things into perspective.

Not eaten much today, trying to cut down and get some exercising done.

Glad hubby doing well Daisy :)

Morning. Very snowy in Gersland today - a heavy blanket of the stuff fell overnight so not going to use the car today.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1247216/The-Big-Fat-Lies-Britains-obesity-epidemic.html is interesting but we know it already.

    Breakfast - usual
Lunch - some ham on mashed rice and some broccoli
Evening meal - surprise soup from the freezer

Have to go out this morning so will use the bus as the main roads are clear. 2 weeks to go...:j:j

Hope everyone is well and warm, and if not then I hope you soon get well and warm.

  • Morning peeps

Gers, think you spoke too soon about it being warmer yesterday!! :rotfl: We have a winter wonderland as well!! Was such a shock when I looked out of the window this morning!!
Disappointing as well, because we were supposed to be going out for dinner tonight :( the pub is high up on the moors, so no way will we be going now :(

Will try & have a look at that Daily Mail link in a min, my lappy usually crashes if I try to look at that website, don't know why.

Btw, are you really having mashed rice for lunch??

mazzers, that RAC cover is a brilliant deal!! I've never used my vouchers for anything like that before, but think I'll have to have a look.

g&b, well done on sticking with lcing & losing those lbs!!

    Menu for today:
    B - 4 piggies in blankets
L - 2 low-carb crispbreads with butter & cheese, garlic sausage, BNS soup
D - not sure?? Might still go out for dinner somewhere closer to home

Roasted a BNS last night, so will be making more soup today, need it in this weather!!

Still no sign of Mercy. Where are you, chuck?? Hope you ok. :(
