Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas Day yesterday. I did the traditional thing of eating too much, drinking too much & watching too much tv
Mercy, hope you have a great time with your family today.

We are having a quiet day today, starting with Quality Street for brekkie!! Going to make Coronation Turkey sandwiches for lunch with the leftovers from yesterday, so no standing down-wind of me this afternoon!!:rotfl:

I've been scoffing chocs :rolleyes:0 -
i am so bloated i am going to explode like Mr Creosote from Monty Python!
And I haven't even fallen off the LC wagon in a really bad way - just a minor way, lol.
Had the shock of my life when i stepped on the scales and i read my weight in good old stones and pounds! I worked it back to lb only, as my scales do, and I'm only 3 lb over what i allow as my maximum (and 5 lb over what i have been stable at recently) but it seems much more horribly real real when its in old fashioned money, which i guess was how i weighed myself when i was younger and wanted to be less than 8 and a half stone, lol.
having a lovely mid-carb christmas. hope you all are too. back on the lc road when i get back home next week and aren't eating cmmunal meals and aren't being tempted by puddings at everymeal, chocolates all over the place and more boxes of breakfast cereal than they have at the supermarkets! My name is Paula and I am a low carber1/6/08-83kg : 1/5/10-57kg

Two dreadful (food) days. Panettone, chocolate mouse, some naughty but very nice caramel pud from Waitrose. I feel quite sick and my stomach hurts - no sympathy expected - its entirely self inflicted.
Hope you all had a lovely time and were sufficiently restrained that you don't feel as sick as me!0 -
