Blue Diamond Roasted Jalepeno Almonds (60g)
I get mine from sainsbury , they do salted as well, highly recommended , I also get the tinned salted ones from lidl which are not a bad substitute0 -

Lost approx 4 inches from waist , gone from a 44" to a 40" , which is half way to my target of a 36" waist. Quite amazed how fast it has come off this time , if I can reach target for April 1st I will be very happy
Thank gawd for bluebird jalapeno smoked almonds and those pork puff quaver like things from tesco
Great stuff, make sure you dont pile it back on like i did0 -
Morning all. Trying to push myself to go out and finish DD shopping. She is working today and we had planned to go out tomorrow but the forecast is snow. Even with the heating on it is cold. Still being well behaved but not losing anything. Think I might have a look at what I am eating as saw posts about too much dairy stalling weigh loss. Maybe even weigh and count my carbs for a couple of days to make sure I'm not way over what I think i'm eating.0

Good morning everyone :santa2:
I did it!! :j I've lost a stone for Christmas!! :j
My 'secret' goal was to get my BMI to 'overweight' instead of 'obese'& I've finally done it after being on this thread for nearly a year. I know some peeps may think being 'overweight' is nothing to celebrate, but, when you have been 'obese' for such a long time (like me
) then I think it is!! :j
My total weight loss since January is now 1 stone & 12lbs :j
I'm going to have a temporary holiday from lcing over Christmas, starting with a bacon butty for breakfast this morning!! :rotfl: I will try not to go too mad , but tis Christmas so I'm not promising anything!!Fully intend getting back to lcing earlyish in the New Year though.
Dr_D_D, well done on your weight/inch loss!! :T That's fantastic!!
I say thank gawd for H&B low-carb crispbreads & cauli mash!! :rotfl:
Right, I'm off to start cooking baconWon't bother posting my menus for the next couple of weeks  but will keep posting my usual drivel each day!! :rotfl:
Have a lovely weekend everyone :santa2:0 -
Sweetserendipity well done. Know exactly where you are coming from last time I did low carb it was to get my BMI down enough to be a day patient in hospital instead of a 2 day stay. My goal this time is to be able to go into normal clothes shops and save a fortune. Hate Evans clothes and they are so overpriced. Love Ann Harvey but they are even dearer but much better quality. Managed to get my Christmas dinner lc by negotiating my menu with my mum so will try not to
stray too much.
Hope everyone keeps posting.0 -

Enjoy your bacon buttie btw0 -

I got some of the H&B crispbreads yesterday and do like em. Pricey but not something I'll be pigging out on - have you seen the fibre content
Had my biggest slip for ages and scoffed a load of shortbread. Not the end of the world, been good today!

Been a bad Gers!
That was yesterday... today is a new day, a new way and a new me!! :rotfl:
Spent most of yesterday making Christmas Puddini (Nigella Lawson) and, although I loathe Christmas pudding/cake I was licking out the bowl with the melted chocolate in more often than was strictly necessary. Then I thought I would just 'sample' the Chocolate Orange (the popping one) and it was so flipping lovely that it just melted away.
Salvaged my honour by making piles of chicken liver pate and eating the remains by the spoonful - all meat and cream with a little booze chucked in. Also resisted drinking any wine.. so a bit like swings and roundabouts. Just wish I'd not opened the playground gates and walked in!
Hey ho....still snowy here and the roads are very icy so won't be going out. Tomorrow need to get to the bank (why do some companies still insist on giving out refunds by cheque when I pay by direct debit???) and do some last minute wander through the shops. Nothing really that needs bought but want to have a look.
Had my breakfast (LC) and some coffee and left over cream. Got chicken stuffed with Philly and wrapped in Parma for lunch with salady stuff. 7 weeks to my long trip so need to concentrate.
Hope everyone is doing well.0 -
Afternoon everyone :santa2:
The bacon butty was rubbish yesterday!! The bacon was tasteless (supposedly Tesco's finest - dread to think what their normal stuff is like if that's their best) so very disappointed!!Had another try today, just to make sure  & twas still rubbish, so won't be buying that again.
Funny day eating-wise yesterday, I just didn't know what I wanted to eat during the day so ended up with my usual low-carb crispbreads with butter & cheese & some garlic sausage!! Just didn't 'fancy' anything differentMaybe the low-carb WOE is just ingrained in me now.
Tis still a Winter Wonderland here & freezing cold so looks like the snow is here to stay for a while longer. Does look beautiful though.
Mercy, I love those crispbreads, but you do have to go careful or you end up with a bad stomach, bit like the fresh chilli effect!!:rotfl:
Happy days everyone :santa2:0
