what you need mazzers is a pair of spanx and a push up bra! and the knowledge you are are only gettingleaner and trimmer, not fatter and saggier
What.. facial spanx:rotfl:
My face was the worse thing, everything seems to be drooping
My boobs are ok
Thanks for the optimistic comment, but i am getting saggier, tis gravity and old age.. sigh.
I've been up since 5am, had an awful nightmare, so a nap is the order of the day.
And on a more cheerful note, just got myself a lovely touch screen phone, was a bargain with my discount, staff voucher and clubcard vouchers
Merry Xmas to me :j0 -
Hi all
Sorry I was absent yday, bit sleepy and slept.
Mazz - Sounds like the other diet was messing with your head after so long on LC. Craving choc (dark) and coffee just wouldn't have happened if you didn't change your diet so strictly.
Any new thing needs time to settle in but the being hungry must have been so difficult after our usual diet. Dunno about drastic type things, maybe just do your BEST about lcing as you can - as sweets suggested will tide you over till after the festives.
I'm not giving up icing over xmas but will not refuse to join in and enjoy myself either. Just won't do pastry, pasta (? no, likely never again - easy to give that one up) Spuds except my Dad's etc Can't promise not to eat cake though. That'd be ungrateful :rotfl:
Big love honey - please don't ever leave!
Well unless you get to 9 stone and don't have to do this much anymore cos your toyboy millionaire is keeping you fit n healthy! I'd let you off thenBut I'd still miss you. :kisses3:

Its quiet coz i'm the mouthy one
Saw a pic of me in the works do today.. OMG
The words fat, bloated and saggy spring to mind, some were ok , but i said to my kids, please tell me i dont look like this, but the ba*****ds said i do _pale_
I am so depressed
My youngest admitted later that it was very unflattering but its too late.
All i could think is where has that young girl gone
Anyway, time for drastic action i think.
I get that feeling when I look in the mirror. And put on bigger trousers. Where DID she go?sweetserendipity wrote: »Well, my F-f is defrosting & leaking water everywhere & when I went to get a towel from the airing cupboard upstairs to mop it up, the towels are damp so I think there's a pipe leaking somewhere!!Just what I want before Christmas!!
Why is nothing straightforward!! I'm finally getting flooring fitted in my lounge next week but now I'm worrying about if this leak upstairs is going to cause problems with that.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaghhh!!
:santa2:

Boo!
Been away, been busy, been... being!
Sorry to hear that others are feeling despondent, down or just plain old 'not good' It's almost the shortest day and after that the days will gradually get longer and we will head uphill into light and warmth.
Just had some mince with salad - I made the mince far too salty without evening thinking about it, used a beef stock cube, not much liquid and then added in a teaspoonful of Marmite. Not my best move in the culinary world but this lot was the last of it. Am away a bit next week before the calm down for Christmas so won't be making any more until the new year.
I hope everyone has a better time for Saturday evening and all day Sunday.
Breakfast: bacon and eggs
Lunch: salty mince, salad, leeks, asparagus and some mange tout

Morning everyone
Yes, it really is just after 4am
Hubby rolled in from his work night out at 2am & woke me from a lovely deep slumber. He came to bed & started shivering every few seconds, making the bed vibrate, & has now started coughing loudly & persistently!!
I'm wide awake & fuming. And planning my revenge!! :mad:0 -

I've been awake since 5 am
Just thinking about stupid rubbish and couldn't go back to sleep so thought i may as well get up
Got lots to do this week, have already been quite busy and got my bannisters painted and varnished, would've liked to have emulsioned the walls too but am not gonna wear myself out before xmas.
Just prepared the lamb for later and having a coffee now. Contemplating ironing
May leave til later tho.0 -
Morning - just going to head out to the shops in a bit to pick up a few things I've run out of. Don't want to get caught up in the Christmas shopping frenzy though.
Had bacon and eggs for breakfast
Defrosted a piece of steak for lunch and will have it with salady stuff
Evening meal will be soup
Trying to clear the decks for the holidays, as usual got too much work and not enough time so have relented and sent some work emails this morning. Needed some stuff out of the way.
Will light the advent candles tonight and that should make me feel a tad more festive.
Had ordered some lovely Weleda Skin Food from them direct (only 2 travel sized tubes as couldn't get them locally) and they arrived complete with a free jute wash bag filled with 4 sample tubes and 3 sample sachets of other lovely stuff. Fabulous! However they are the 'Rose' range and I hate the smell but they'll be great for my darling mum who loves samples.
Hope you all have a lovely Sunday.0
