Just had the old familiar pain in my side so just checked and is MOTM :eek:
Thats come around quick, so that'll be the reason for the weight gain then.
No wonder i'm bloateddont feel so bad now, as always bloated at this time, roll on TOTM, maybe the scales'll be kinder to me :rolleyes:

Well had a great weight loss this week. I have lost 8 pound. So I have lost the 3 pound I put on and also 5 pound. Best I have evr done. Well pleased with my hard work. Not eaten anything naughty all week.sw start date 23/09/2013 4 st 8 pounds to go....as of 21/10/13 not 3 stone 7 to go for first target. updated 18/11/13 now 2 stone 10lbs to go to first target.0

Morning all!
Gona miss the site this weekend, not off til Sunday lunchtime but will find something hol related to flap about to take my mind off it. Might even save some money not seeing all those 'bargains' :rotfl:
Mazzers I love belly pork! do mine for 2 hours or so with a sprinkling of herbs. Yum!
Eating fish is something I do a lot, currently love smoked salmon trimmings mixed with chopped boiled egg, mayo and cream cheese. Eat this with thick crispy lettuce.
Well done on loss jpretty! That's great and shows what 'being good' can achieve!:j
jumpingj, nowt like a bit o pressure! Agree that staying off the booze will help most.
