Definitely the vodka jj. No contest.
You can do a lot of damage in 8 weeks if you put your mind to it but you'd need to be fairly active to lose a lot I think. 2 stone is 3.5 lbs a week.....hard going to lose that every week but do-able for a pretty active person maybe?Herman - MP for all!0 -
The vodka it is for tonight then :rotfl: and no more from now on. (theres only a couple left in bottle anyway) Im struggling to lose 8lbs in 6 weeks, so what chance have I got.
Gym first thing tomorrow, and dust off the bike too, maybe I can join sweet.

Ok I'm feeling brave - I'm a voluptuous size 18!!
Even when I was 'slim' & 3 stone lighter I was still in a size 16Don't think I'll ever be a size 12 or even 14, think it's just my shape?! Like to think I'm an hourglass shape, cos it sounds nice & curvy, bit like Nigella Lawson (ok, that's only in my dreams) but I have a smallish waist compared to the rest of me!! :rotfl:

I've got another theory.
I've come to the conclusion I have inadvertantly od'd on carbs the last few days and that would a) account for the pounds on and b) account for the bloody awful mood I've been in. :rolleyes:
As well as the shakes and peanuts, I think I've been having far too much veg too. Sounds daft I know but I'm sure it has had a hand in it.
Anyway...today I had a cheese omelette for brunch and sausage, bacon and mushrooms for tea and I feel happy again.
