Well, weird lurgy has migrated to full blown snot attack!

I really wish I hadn't read that bit!! _pale_ TMI!!

The only disconcerting thing is that I've exchanged a rounded full shape for a wibbly wobbly rolls of fat thinner one, look a bit like a roll of corrugated cardboard, Gone from a Weeble to a Shar Pei - when will the greyhound look arrive?

I know what you mean there about the corrugated cardboard!! :rotfl: I'm hoping that if I keep walking as often as possible, my rolls will tone up, definitely not as lardy as I used to be

    Good morning lovely peeps :hello:

Yes, I did only have one glass of wine last night, and it was a small one!! :p It's all we had time for & tbh, I didn't fancy any more anyway!! Was just nice to get out as a couple for a change, even though I had to sit & watch hubby demolish a packet of McCoys Flame Grilled Steak crisps

    B - 2 egg cheese omelette
    L - 2 x crispbreads with butter & cheese, garlic sausage
D - to be decided as everyone doing different things tonight

Had 6 or 7 almonds & a cheddar babybel as extra yesterday.

And talking of nuts , where has focus got to these days?? Marrow has been quiet as well.

Anyway, had better get motivated to do something. Tis grey & misty here this morning, hibernating weather but got things to do. See you all later

LC is good - snot is not so good!

Just love the mashed cauliflower. Fried it up in bacon fat and it was yummy.

Seems to ebb and flow, so you'll be back on the horse soon enough :D

I just knocked 4 months off my mortgage term & resisted a Krispy Kreme donut at work. Im not sure which I'm more pleased about ;)

Snot so good then? :) Not tried mashed cauliflower and guess who's got 2 bags in the ole freezer? Does it make anyone else windy or should I curl up in embarrassment now?

Not much wind experienced here. It's mostly the carbs which causes the wind effect and I've been a whiffy free zone since starting on LC. Magic, eh?

Sometimes, today, I look like Harry Hill when he presented Top of the Pops, only it's my nose rather than my ears. Some will know what I mean.

Dr Who always makes me feel better though I do live in hope that the ending will change if I see an episode often enough. :rotfl::rotfl:

Had a teaspoonful of peanut butter and a mini pepperami. Don't want any wine, doesn't go well with a cold.

    Happy eating.

Foodwise i've been pretty marvellous, but, i've had two glasses of wine, two lagers and i've just opened a bottle of cherry brandy :p
Seems it's one thing or the other :o

Btw, like Gers, only get wind if i eat carbs otherwise even sprouts are ok  gotta be the sugars then.
