Smee again!
Today is very much like yesterday, I like all the food and don't feel jaded with it. It's quite nice not to have to think about food atm so is working well.
coconut oil n supplements
B - hot dog sausies and cheddar
L - spicy bacon and veg stew from freezer
D - will likely be chinese lettuce filled with cream cheese and bavarian ham. was v good yesterday and I quite fancy that again.
Didn't have the yogurt yesterday but may or may not tonightIt's v good, and handy to know I have the option. :rotfl:

Just checked last few weeks lottery tickets and I've won £64!
That means I'm just £6 down after the burglar incident. Cheap lesson in home security I thinkImagine my glee :rotfl:
Funny how things work out :T
Had a really good nights sleep last so things were in perspective and quite cool before I found out about the win. Now I'm just happy

Oh and my friend is quite real, and she really did do that today, and i told her i was telling you lot :rotfl:
The problem was, she rang me early to see if i fancied going to town and i didnt have time for brekkie.
I did really well lasting til two-ish on a single pkt of pork scratchings, and i was soo gonna cook bacon and eggs.. excuses excuses but true0 -
Well, weird lurgy has migrated to full blown snot attack! At least that makes sense and can be dealt with. Not going to carb-count lozenges and cough stuff cos feeling better is more important than worrying about 10 extra carbs.
It might put an end to my planned weekend in Weegie World  but no point giving this to my elderly mum,
Low carbs is keeping my spirits up - had my eggy bacony muffin and will have a mini cheese in the car in about half an hour.
Lunch is somewhere out. Will be able to have a burger and no bun. If I have enough of it I can forsake an evening meal and go to bed instead.
Have taken my high-dose Vit D and Vit B complex so should be full of energy in about 20 minutes time. :rotfl:
The only disconcerting thing is that I've exchanged a rounded full shape for a wibbly wobbly rolls of fat thinner one, look a bit like a roll of corrugated cardboard,Gone from a Weeble to a Shar Pei - when will the greyhound look arrive?
Have a good day folks. Me, I'll be the one sneezing violently into my Olbas Oil tissues.0
