got peanut butter cookies baking away!!! I cant remember the last time I baked this much!!!
took some brownies to work today for after lunch and there were plenty of 'what you got there??' and 'pah! diet didnt last long did it' hahahahaha!!!
jeans are getting bigger - keep having to pull them up!! Im not weighing or measuring for a while though but will occassionally try on old trousers (that I currently cant get into - well I can but I cant move or breath!)
for those missing tomato sauce, I just got a bottle of reduced sugar from sainsburys which has 1.6carbs per 10g serving - still fairly high for a small dollop but soooooo good with a runny yolk and sausages and bacon!!!
lowest mayo I have found so far is sainsburys own with 1.6carbs per 100g - hellmans seems to be up in the 4.something range :eek:0 -

Hmmmm, that's not happening with me yet so I'll try not to be jealousMy face is definitely slimmer though & my belly was flatter at one point but I think motm/pmt has put paid to that
Well done newcook!! :T0 -
Right, that's me for tonight. I'm off for a quick bath & into my PJs & then settle down with a glass of wine to watch Corrie
Enjoy your wine, mazzers & enjoy your cookies, newcook :j
See you tomorrow :wave:0 -
cheers Sweet!!
cookies are guuuuuud!! I think they may be slightly dry (though I was eating one when it was still hot!) can imagine a slight drizzle of plain choc might do the trick but will obviously up the carb count!!
oh, I made 15 in total - dead easy to make!0 -
Ooh dont know about that, i might be tempted to leave things out
Mind you, if its one thing lc has instilled in me, its to have much smaller portions, and be completely satisfied by them too

Ive been absent but have written myself a note
Abridged version below
Please skip this message if you don't like rough stuff.
OK
You lose your 18yr old fish
You simultaniously get a bad flu thing.
You cannot do anything for 3 days
You have slept on the couch for 3 days
You interr your much loved fish under perrenial lillies
You leave the window open as the tank is starting to smell really bad
This is the first night you sleep back in your own bed, rather than the couch
You are woken up by Newtoncat jumping on your head, then noises - thinking cats, Sherlock was a killer but not recently (but he has form)
Think Sherlock has brought in a rabbit or small dog
Hear front door go - it's unmistakable
Venture out in niks n vest
Find front door open and tv missing
Shut door and lock it with spare key shut window
Fone Police and later get a visit
Find Mr Policeman believes you have lied and are a skank. You are lying to make sumthing.
You explain that if you were on the make you'd've 'lost' your ghds, money, cards, non-existent laptop etc and would have done it in such a way that your insurance would still be valid.
Eventually, after you breakdown and cry, Bad Cop tells you he believes you.
They leave at 06.10
At 0700 The Police return with your tv, covered in grass, mud and what looks suspiciously like blood.
Pooh, you don’t want any of that.

It all happened
I'm much better now.
Lovely Bro came round and helped me through the afternoon. We cleaned the tv - after LOVELY soco lady had done her (2hrs of ) stuff. and then we sorted the emptying of the fish tank.
Had an appointment at the Docs - he chose to take my blood pressure twice as 'It's racing isn't it'
Been home a while, all windows and doors are shut tight.
Cried on and off but only cos I can't help it. seems to be a bit better now.
Not eaten a damn thing.(gotta be low carb)
Don't be nice to me or else I'll start again :rotfl:
Thanks for letting me bang on
Much LOVE

2) the scummy bstards are fingered (due to their fingers a la my window n tv)
3) only had to pay for new - and better quality than I'd had as it turns out - locks
£70 for a wake up call? Could've been much worse.
