  • Me again

Continuing with the sausage saga ... :rotfl:

M&S have a better deal on than the Co-op. They have 2 packs of high meat content sausages (90% ish) for £4. Think there were 6 in a pack. Didn't see any chipolatas though.

The Dine in for £10 was a no-go for me, nothing low-carb that I could see but I got a few other things.

Worth mentioning - a pack of Ginger, Lime & Coriander chicken breasts were in the 3 for £10 fish/meat deal (usual price £5.49) They are really tasty & only 2.9g carbs for half a pack (the whole pack usually does 4 of us)
My other two '3 for £10' items were some lovely lean looking casserole steak (usual price £3.57) and another mini beef roasting joint (usual price £5.44) which I will cook with the one I bought t'other day for Sunday dinner. :D

Right, off to find a cardigan as tis getting a bit chilly & will also make myself another coffee.

Nah, more than that, you are allowed cream, its lower carb than milk, not sure how much exactly but i used to use quite a bit, back when i was actually losing weight.

Oooh, you are cheeky!! :p I just want you to get back on track, I'm sick of being smug on my own!! :rotfl:

I had fish in parsley sauce and fish in butter sauce for my dinner :o with cauli mash. I really liked mine as well. Thought I would prefer the parsley sauce but actually thought the butter sauce was lush!! :D Don't know if I'm just a Miss Piggy when it comes to portion size but I don't think one fish would have been enough for me :o

Anyway, tis wine night for me as well tonight!! :j There's a cheeky little Shiraz with my name on it!! :rotfl: Will have with the last of my salt & vinegar peanuts, yum yum!! Love wine & peanuts together, but not in the same mouthful :D

Hehe, i know you have my best interests at heart ;)

Actually i think the portion is a bit small, but want to keep to smaller portion sizes.

My middle boy has always loved cod in butter, but i didnt know quite what i was missing, truly lovely it was.
