Slightly disappointed that a lot of the colour went down the plug hole, have got a subtle tan remaining, i spose i will need to build it up, as i said, i am a lilly.
Beware it does mark clothing, but it does warn you of this, is ok once its washed off though.
Will report back in the days to follow.
Oh, it does smell btw, the fragrance only masks it, thought it would, as the smelly bit is the vital ingredient for tanning.

, please can someone help me disgusting problem (no 2) sorry if this is too much info but i dont know who else to ask. keep going toilet and i mean alot. in constant pain. anyone know what medicine i can take to stop this? i know this is really disgusting subject but im not sure what i should be looking for. since wednesday night
its constant like every half a hour or so. only started taking the medicine i got yesterday and thought it was working but its still here. just not as contant now
but i want to get rid of it completely

I'm back on induction today, I only have 5 days left at the rents house and I've decided that as long as I prepare, they won't notice me doing it. It is breakfast that catches them out the most, so I'm going to make those muffin things and some oopsies, and keep them in fridge/freezer. I'm going to make sure I eat a salad with protein for lunch and then hopefully whatever meal minus the carby veg and starchy carbs for dinner. I have till 9pm this evening to prepare!
So I'm going to weigh in this morning once I get out of bed!!
I'm actually really excited cos I have been eating so much more since being non low carb and always hungry, crap IBS and lacking energy...
Its also exciting to be back properly!! YAY!!! :T
That's how I feel today. Had fun on hols and didn't eat much bread so feel I did better than last time

I'd get to the Docs. It may well be food poisoning and if just a bug should have been noticeably better by now. I have had salmonella once, twasn't nice but it's surprising how putting a name to the prob and getting good advice helped. Don't prepare food for anyone else and drink plenty of water. See doc soon, hunni. Taking D tabs, if it is something nasty will just keep the bugs in your system for longer. I think 24hr fast would help as this stops infection maintaining in your gut. Anyway, to the Docs with you!

Well, what a productive day so far!
As I mentioned, I am back lcing with vigour!
So far -
Made meal plan for week and bought stuff for it
Cleaned the fridge (throwing away the potentially poisonous stuff :eek:)
Cleaned the cooker :eek:
Got bargain meat at asda so parcelled up and froze spare
Removed cat poo from yard :eek:
Finally moved all holiday stuff and put away!
Got overcharged in Asda and not only got cash back but a £2 voucher for my trouble!
Whew!
Anyway upshot is wasn't hungry this am so just had coconut oil and supplements. Ravenous now! To my shame I made a well deserved vodi/lime/soda (it is bank hols) which I am calling breakfast no1.
Breakfast no2 will be now called lunch and be hot chicken, salad and mayo. Yum!

Afternoon Everyone
Felt the need to post this afternoon cos I think I actually got away with the choccy eating on Saturday.It was obviously my confession and the absolution I received.Either that or the fact that I didnt have any brekkie or lunch and only salad for tea,the choccy must have balanced things out cos I didnt lose any weight either but I am a very happy bunny and if it arrives on my botty tomorrow I will be thoroughly miffed
Mazzer I'm contemplating a spray tan.I'm a redhead and dont tan only go beetroot red and peel but would love to look tanned so I reckon spray tan is the way to go.
I bought myself the most fabulous raincoat this morning.I think I've substituted my food addiction for a clothes addiction lol.But on the plus side at least you cant put weight on from buying clothes
