*Above link shamelessly pinched from another thread!!* :rotfl:
I always put creme fraiche in (a whole pot) & don't really stick to the recipe (for example, you don't have to put the grated carrot in for low-carb) but it has always worked for me!!
Most definitely recommended.
lost 2lbs this week. woo!! so that means ive lost 26lbs so far, only 2 away from 2 stoneshappy days!!
Yaay, well done on the weight loss!! :T
Just back from Co-op, jeez it's windy out there!! Feeling quite pleased with myself as only bought what was on my list. Have pretty much managed to stay on budget this week due to having meals planned, haven't worked out the exact amount but I might even have under-spent!!
Right, off to make my fish pie :wave:0 -
Sorry, forgot to say (too busy drooling over the fishpie), have a fantastically dirty weekend, marrow!!

Morning all :hello:
Tis a lovely morning here, bright & breezyHope it's nice wherever you are.
Dinner tonight is something with mince - either bolognaise or chilli - to be honest, there's not much difference between the two, the way I make them. Will have mine with broc/cauli, maybe made into mash??
What's everyone else having today??
Think I might buy some sausages & streaky bacon today so that we can have pigs in blankets for brunch tomorrow.
Have a good day & a lovely Bank hol weekend  (not sure if it's Bank Hol in Scotland??)0 -
Afternoon Ladies I feel the need to confess my sins so please give me absolution lol
Forgive me fellow low carbers but I have sinned.I went shopping today in Home Bargains and after a good old fondle of the Thorntons Misshapes Bags I selected one fully expecting it to be the usual coffee and lemon bars inside but I'm afraid it contained my favourite Viennese Bars and Rum Truffles.Unfortunately my hand hit my mouth several times before I managed to regain control of myself and as a result have consumed quite a large amount of chocolate. So please give me absolution for my sins and let the consequences not be too great on the scales tomorrow lol.But they did taste really good

Hello peeps
guess what - i`m wearing a pair of jeans that i`ve not worn for ages, ok they`re a bit too tight but i`ve got them on and fastened up
Had to laugh though cos there was a washed bus ticket in one of the pockets and i could still read it, it was dated for June 2006 :rotfl:hopefully soon they will fit me properly.
Tonight for tea i shall be mostly eating cauliflower crust pizza  i love this and it`s nice to able to have something that feels like a treat, i`ve hardly eaten all day as i`ve been too busy but when i settle down later no doubt i shall make up for it.
I have some little bags of porky scratchings for later too, shame i can`t have a voddie as i`m still on the antibiotics but i finish them tomorrow so i shall have a nip then.
Ravylesley - Lol @ the thorntons - my mouth is watering at the thought of them.
Have a good weekend everyone.
SDPlanning on starting the GC again soon0 -
Well done with the trousers, Sunny. I have with me a pair I bought in a Next sale about 7 years ago. I hadn't worn them for about 3 years because they were too small; I even managed to pull off an interior button and ended up wearing them with an elastic band between the button and buttonhole so I could still wear them (with a jumper over the top). But now they are too big! But I rather like them which is why I kept them when they got too small (actually I don't think 'they' got too small - it was all me!) so I will alter them when I get home and carry on wearing them. (smug smile).
I will also have pizza tonight coz it's Saturday but it will be a small piece of the real stuff served with lots of salad. I just can't bring myself to even think about cauliflower pizza, despite loving cauliflower cheese. Oh, and a glass of red wine. Well, it is Saturday!
Ravylesley, I would've eaten the whole lot!Vegetarian. Have cut out all high carb food. Not following any particular plan.Started 20/1/2009. Weight lost so far 29lbs. Target weight loss 38lb in total.0
