    Morning all,

I feel all achey today lol. yesterday did so much walking. spent the whole day out shopping at the local retail park. came home relaxed infront of the telly, ate tofu and chicken recipe for dinner and then watched x factor (started to like that show after 8 years :D) then we were going to go watch a film but no one was that keen so ended up having a late night trip to ikea to walk off some of the meal we ate. :D i know all the exercise i do is walking but i feel its abig improvement from before. Wish i could find a great exercise dvd for me to sink into.

    Get well soon gotogal :)

Lucasmum, ive done induction twice now, first time i lost, 6lbs in the first week and then 3lbs in the second. Second time i did it i lost 5lbs and then 2lbs. I guess the more weight you are the more you will lose in that time.

    Morning.

Slept late today which is very unusual so just settling down to my coconut oil. Got some more marking to do, well it's the same marking as yesterday but I didn't do all of it!

Lunch will be de-sweetcorned chicken and mayo with a pile of leaves and then something eggy for evening meal.

Infection seems to be going - urine almost clear :j so now need to get rid of antibiotic-induced yeughiness. Am going to walk to the nearest shops (city centre) and wander around. WH Smith's have webcam reduced from £39.something to £10.00 so will get one for my mum

    Happy LC day.

Well, I'm in an extremely positive frame of mind today!! :D Been talking to hubby & we have plans to stop drinking alcohol, stop buying rubbish food (for the whole family), meal-plan (& stick to it) & generally be goody-two-shoes peeps, with a bit of exercise (daily walking & wii fit for me) thrown in for good measure!! :rotfl: We are doing a month trial period & see how we go from there. Another plus side to this is we should save loads of money by doing this as well!! :j

Hehe, thought i'd better clarify, is called valkyrie, the one called valkyre is a vampire film.
Tom Cruise put me off it too, but, he is good in it, and lots of famous names so some good acting, tense moments and no nasty scenes considering its the nazis icon14.gif

Yeah, good luck sweet, try and stick to it.

I have been sticking to my £70 a week, and that mostly includes petrol and my top ups.
Forgot to get cash this week and have spent loads more, its just not like money when its a card, dangerous things!!

Am sure the boys have some inside info, and i'm terminally ill, cos they've gone for another film and asked me if i'll watch it with them tonight... very suspicious :rotfl:

Me again, i am soo tempted to buy one of those vibrating plate thingys (i'm a sucker for gym equipment) but i most likely wont use it.
Thay had one on ideal world, and watching the demonstrator use it, her skin went really red from the blood flow to the muscles, could actually see her arms getting red from very little action, anyone ever used one? or know anyone who has one?

Maybe i should take a leaf out of sweets book and shape up :p
    Any thoughts anyone?

My first thought would be shortcuts dont work! Prob not what you want to hear but I never got anywhere until I started doing proper, regular exercise (hardcore weight training is optional!).

It is what i want to hear, i want someone to stop me wasting my money on one :rotfl:

I used to go weight training, many moons ago!
My joints wouldn't take it now, they creak and crack when i flex my knees to walk

But i do have a cross trainer that i should be using!
