    Hi peeps,

just realised upon reading this that i`ve not eaten yet today :o bit short on time so i shall grab a cooked pork steak out of the fridge in a mo :D

On the subject of TOTM i felt bloated and ready for it to happen a while ago just when it should have BUT it never appeared  no need to worry though unless bits that were removed years ago have managed to grow back now that there is a bit more room inside me :rotfl:

I`m not complaining though lol. I think that i shall have a go at making the cauliflower pizza crust later after my visitors have left, so pizza for tea hopefully :D

Need to go and do a spot of cleaning before peeps arrive so i shall pop back later to see what everyones been up to.

    Have a good day everyone.

Planning on starting the GC again soon :p

Ive forgotten all about that hmmmm me want some now. (can anyone tell im in one of those moods today :D) i was going to try the ham pizza which is just using slices of ham as the crust and apply toppings on top cos its easier. Brought all the goods, never got round to making it and ended up eating all the ingredients :rotfl:

I would be doing great if i wasnt so lazy and prepared more good low carb meals.

Me too! I could eat for England this week! And I'm having terrible headaches from too much coffee. Off work today as I need to chill out to nip this budding migraine. How scary that we're all syncing up on TOTM :rotfl:

    Me too
I seem to cook in fits and starts.

Had an ok lc day, not quite induction tho.
I think i mostly do maintenance level, which is great, and do-able for life, but not low enough to lose weight unfortunately.

Just had butter chicken, it is soo fab, and once you stir in the yogurt it looks exactly like tikka masala (but no additives icon14.gif ) tastes as good too, and only takes about 10 mins from scratch.

Also, i've said it many times, and i'll say it again :D dessert of the year goes to....
defrosted raspberries sprinkled with sweetener, smothered in lidl Greek yogurt, and sprinkled with crushed brazils, quick, easy and delicious, better than muller fruit corner, MUCH better than muller fruit corner icon7.gif

No cleaning done again as i went shopping in town :o

Oh and my 17 yr old son had five passes in his exams icon7.gif

Just had roast gammon and cauliflower cheese, yummy but could only eat a little as i got full really quickly!

Made those cream cheese muffins from earlier - OMG! Not tasted them cold yet but the batter was lush, contemplated not cooking it at all:o Had one warm and it wasnt great but they are looking good in the fridge.

Well done to your son Mazzers.
    Your raspberries sound good!

I've just completed all my meals for Day 4 of the Smoothie Induction and I'm feeling... well pretty good :) Looking forward to my next weigh-in tomorrow morning. I definitely feel like I've lost an inch or two round my waist (although the belly still needs work).

  • Such a bad low carb day today, but as its first day of my period and I have major PMT then I'm not feeling guilty. I also blame the lack of snackable food around! and being with biscuit crunching nephew all day!!

I had the chilli for brekkie, finished the rest with salad for lunch but had a ginger snap, scoop of raspberry ripple, diet coke, 3 crackers with cheese and pickle and a sweet berry rivita....

nothing reallly bad for you but definitely not low carb/no sugar....

Parents on holiday soon and my TOTM is usually short so I'm back on strict induction on monday, and I mean it this time, and I will be buying some snacks and keeping them in back of the fridge, just to keep me going.... also going to try those muffins if they get the thumbs up!

Congrats to your son Mazzers! :)
