Morning all, hope everyone is getting through their various trials and tribulations and coming through the other side stronger, blimey that's a bit profound for a weds morning! Well, being 30 now (3 days in!) I'm trying to keep a positive attitude going and not succumb to feeling older. Should be easy enough cos I feel the best I have in years so must be doing something right!

Had a few refeed/cheat days cos of my birthday and also a camping trip to Haven Blue Dolphin (have they heard of meals not containing chips?!) but still feeling OK considering, and am back to lcing now with a vengeance.

Last week I managed to lose 5lbs in 4 days although prob mostly water so maybe not 'real' weight but looked good on the scales all the same! The last few days have taken me back to 10st 13lbs which is still the lowest I've been in over 10 years, although I'm not too fussed about weight so much, more how I look and I'm sure there's a bit less wobbling going on!

Got another 5-6 weeks until OH back so hoping to look noticeably different by then, we will see!

Sweet, i like the smiley, but actually i was awake at eight coz i had a nightmare, luckily the need for a wee woke me, as i was about to get shot... eek!

Am totally bloated blob despite being v good, heyho.

Have had someone pokin their nose in my life and telling porkies, shame they aint got a life of their own. Why would a friend warn off your boyfriend to be and then tell folk you were a tart? (chance would be a fine thing :rotfl:) Well 1 less mate, 1 less future disappointment (in this case anyway)

Just to be clear, hunni, The guy I'm on close up photos with is my brother The guy I'm seeing is G. He's tagged in the photos of my bday. The offending article is F. Wouldn't want you to get the wrong idea :rotfl:

Don't give up, I'm v disappointed with lack of progress but just don't fancy all those 'high carbs' anymore so there's no where left to turn!:eek:

evening all, yes yes it is the guy from twilight and he is gorgeous! would highly recommend the books as well - and the film!!

been low carb today except for some kidney beans in moms chilli, but thats it, and lottts more water - though still not enough

!!!!ed off cos its TOTM but a few days early and still got a couple of pill days left... not sure what to do, whether to finish the pack or just stop and give it the 7 day break... am consulting NHS direct right now!!

all is nice here this evening, the weather is lovely and I have new hair too!!
I look like lily allen again, unitentionally but with a dash of raspberry peeking through my fringe!

also had a lovely treat from OH... to celebrate 2 years together (though I told him we weren't doing anything as we're both unemployed and skint) he sent me a box of dusty pink roses and sparkling rose brut! saving the vino for my bday though as not low carb and not fancy drinking all on my own!! Too special!

going to down another pint of water then start the 2nd twilight book and whisk myself into a world of vampires and lust....

hello mercy, looks like you've no choice but to stick with it but lots of people plateau so hopefully your perseverance will pay off
