Morning all, mazzers good idea - I might chill too. Had a bowl of muesli yesterday to try and boost my loss, used to love it but not so keen now.If you only had two eggs all day then maybe I am eating too much to lose weight!
GTG How are you taking the coconut oil? I find it best to put it in a cup with a little water and swallow it quickly. Haven't personally had headache but I did get nauseous to begin with. Thanks for the recipes.
Oh thats just me making excuses for why i was so drunk (drinking on an empty stomach)
I tend to not eat enough when i'm working but i dont lose any more weight though so dont bother!
I didnt even lose when i tried the intermittent fasting.
I think i should eat more, but keep it very lc.
I was supposed to be doing induction again but that never materialised
I felt very slim last night though, no big belly, so i looked slim-ish too
I wanted my son to take some pics while i was all dolled up :rotfl: but he went out.0 -

I seem to be posting on here quite frequently at the moment:o I'll blame it on me being a student, being at home and being online a lot due to ebaying my wardrobe!!
I'm facing a low carb dilemma. I did a verry silly thing of weighing myself and I haven't shifted any more weight this week.
I know my official 2 week deadline is tuesday but surely I won't lose another 2-4lbs by then if its because of the syrup in the coffee or the chickpeas in the curry the other day?!
Its really demotivating and I know when I go round to my sisters tonight there is going to be brownies and cream and I am going to think "!!!! it, I haven't lost any more weight I may as well have some, enjoy it and start the induction over again...."
Its so tempting.
I still have 12lbs I want to lose before I move onto OWL and I want to shift that by the end of the month, if thats at all possible...
I could do with your support guys on this because I'm mad that my hard work isn't showing and I really want it to...
I know you all have days like this and it could be water retention/ too much caffein and the like..... hmmm
*sigh*
definitely doing a meal plan for the next 2 weeks and walking lots oh and drinking galleons!SPC5 #1651 total so far: £78.590 -
Soton, its probably a bit late now, and you've more than likely got a chocolatey face, but keep up the good work, i told you all not to weigh so often now didnt i? *points finger accusingly *
You may not have lost actual weight, but you will have lost fat, the scales dont always show it coz the empty fat cells fill with fluid and give a false weight.
If you measured yourself, you will most likely have lost inches, so dont despair, and dont give up.0 -
Evening all
Happy Birthday Focus - Hope your day was fab! :bdaycake:
Today i have been recovering from a few drinkies last night, was good most of the night and only drank a few voddies but gave in at last orders and had a pint of lager as wellprobably the worst thing that i could have but it was warm and sticky and the freezing pint really hit the spot.
No regrets tho, i`ve been really good lately so it was my treat.
Today brekkie was bacon, egg, sausage and tomato.
Dinner was the lc lasagne and tea was sausages chicken and cheese, had a snack of salami earlier and a bit of cheese too.
I`ve been at work all day and can`t really be bothered with anything atm but i`ve managed to drag some more chicken out of the freezer to cook tomorrow and that will see me through a few more days for dinner.
SDPlanning on starting the GC again soon0 -
Morning all, been up since 6am, weathermen were right, raining again!
Feeling really fed up, yuk at going to work
The sun just makes you feel so much happier.
Not lc at all yesterday, but will be a good one today as i'm good on work days.0 -
I'm still very happy with the diet but have to admit I;m in some sort of plateau moving 2lbs up and down consistently for the past 3 weeks or so.
Yesterday
B/L yog-froz berries-protein powder
D - spicy meatballs - cauliflower mash
Snack - spicy chick peas - small glass red wine (about 3 mouthfulls)
oh drat - forgot about Starbucks, I got some sort of cold coffee thing, was trying to remember the low carb concoction I saw on here. There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.0 -
elisebutt65 wrote: »Oh and I invented the lowcarbaccino is you can't give up Starbucks - ask for an iced Americano to be blended with ice and sugar-free hazelnut(or vanilla) and top with whipped cream! Yummy!!! Make sure they don't add the espresso mix though as that has added sugar.
I tried this yesterday and the server couldn't make it she tried twice but it wouldn;t blend and just kept separating. She ended up making something with frap base I think. There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.0 -
thanks for all the birthday wishes, ive totally been off the low carb wagon for the past 5 days but im going to be good again from tomo. induction again for me. This time i wont have another excuse to come off the wagon again for a long while. Dare not look at the scales, gonna ban myself from them until sunday so i dont get a big nasty shock.
hope everyone else is doing goodx
