While I never got quite that bad I was well on the way to looking exactly like that.
I was eating a healthy low fat diet, with only whole grain low glycemic index carbohydrates. When I went to an NHS Dietitian there was nothing, apart from more calorie restriction that she could suggest.
Thank goodness for Gary Taubes, Annika Dahlqvist and Jimmy Moore.
Two excellent links Ted.

hey guys - can i just say how amazingly well your all doing !!
HC - size 12 !! you go girl xxx we need a facebook night soon!!
Sweet - get on facebook then you will have something to do next weekend- slightly teasing lovey xx
Alias - your so funny and have a lovely writing style - love reading your posts xx
Mazzers - seems like your doing fabbywhat is it you do to work at night ?
One question - whats happened to you ladies that posted on the exercise and fitness thread that i said hi to and have never seen there again ??
im doing ok - apart from slicing half my finger off earlier and losing half my body weight in blood - good job really since for last nights dinner i had houmus and pitta bread then 2 slices of take away pizza
my LC ways would make our recently departed friend despair if im honest - trouble is im exercising hard - running at least 2x5k a week and my classes and stuff - so when i look in the mirror - i look ok ya know ( god bless a decent plastic surgeon ) and the size 12 jeans i bought 3 weeks ago are too bloody big
but as i mentioned before - and not one of you !!!!!!s commented on it - im really trying to learn to love the good things about me and not focus so much on the negitives or percieved negitives - and if that means relaxing the LC so be it
i want to enjoy being me - i want to love my shape - i want to flaunt my curves - i just want to look in the mirror and say yep youll do
im getting there
can you tell im on the VRB's ?? i need to replace the sugar in all the blood i lost earlier !!
does anyone else love hot cross buns as much as me - my son has given up cereal and chocolate for lent so is eating 2 hot cross buns everyday for supper - hes killing me !!!:j MFi3 wannabee :j

Yes, we can definitely tell, Daisy! I'm on the wine too (no change there), so cheers, hon!
Are you saying that you told us you got to size 12 and nobody congratulated you? If so, how did we miss that???? My size 12s fit where they touch  so if yours are loose, that's fantastic!!!!!!!!!! You certainly look perfectly gorgeous in your FB pics (how I hate you), so I'm not surprised you're in the skinny sizes.
As for a photo, you don't like the pic of my gorgeous Pippa...?
IF, and it's a big if, I reach my target I'll post before and after pics, to give you all a laugh. I have a hideous 'before' pic in mind
Hope the finger is OK. And.... what flavour pizza?0 -
no no no honey - ive been a size 12 for about 2 years now - no my no one commenting comment was about my decision to try and enjoy the positives about my body - big boobs curvy womanly shape nice smooth !!!! size 10/12 - and not dwell on any negatives ( perceived or otherwise ) - uppers abs upper arms inner thighs love handles soft chin etc etc etc
and thank you muchly foe the compliments on piccys - tho you can see how curvy and booby i look even at a size 12 - and see the comments !! lol
but either im very !!!!ed or you are cos i dont get the pippa thing ?? thats your baby isnt it ??
oh pizza was ham and mushroom - was soooo lush
finger is bad !! see fb !!:j MFi3 wannabee :j

Nice smooth WHAT??? Ah, arrrrrse, OK.
Yes, Pippa is my baby. (Though not from my loins. See my avatar. My real babies are 18, hence the state of my non-smooth stomach...)
I have big boobs too, and I hate them. I'd like to be a pert 34B, please
Pizza - I like a veggie hot one, or pepperoni - sometimes combined, which can confuse the pizza place when I order. :rotfl:0 -
nah i knew it was <<<<< that baby - well knew it wasnt a child baby - just wanted to make sure i hadnt missed the obvious xx
my boobs have got bigger since my tummy tuck - urban myth is when you have lipo on hips love handles back area that your boobs get bigger - well havent really got bigger in size but def look bigger since torso area is smaller and when im wearing my gym clothes they look huge - im not complaining tho
actually hub has offered 6k to pay for a good boob job more than once but a good bra does wonders and i would prefer it for my soft chin but that doesnt have the same ''wow'' factor so hes not so keen to pay for that for some reason .......lol:j MFi3 wannabee :j

Daisy, how much is a tummy tuck????? I am the ideal candidate, I think. Had 12lb-worth of twins at 5' 1" and 7 and a half stone (imagine the skin stretch...!) plus years of yo-yo dieting. My tummy is pure horridness and I don't think, however much weight I lose, it'll ever be attractive. My OH said yes when I mentioned it yesterday... until I said it was £7k. But maybe cheaper (I hope!)?0

Either way, I'd love to hear! Although I can't afford £5400. I wonder if my GP would recommend it to my insurance - psychological problems, you know...0
