I haven't lost any more weight, but I made waffles yesterday (with ice cream and maple syrup - yummy), and aftwards I felt really bloated. I presume this was the carbs because I had never noticed it before, so something must be happening.

Had a weetabix for breakfast:o Was feeling really light headed and dizzy:eek:

Googled 'low carb and feeling light headed' , told me i wasnt eating enough basically which is probably right. Plus it mentioned about blood pressure, i naturally have really low blood pressure so i need to be more careful and make sure i'm eating enough i think. Feel better after breakfast.

Also took my supplements which i havent taken for about a week, hopefully they will help too:D

    Hello all,

Its all going a bit Pete Tong. Totm has been raging riot with my hormones, been feeling quite low and pigging out on carbs didn't help.
Hopefull back to normal now so trying to LC again. Off to Mr T to fill up on veggies and berries like a good girl.

No news from Ted yet then? Piggy flu?

Anyway -this is me on FB in case anyone fancies adding me: http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/profile.php?id=1478696254&ref=profile -tell me who you are though coz I am starting to get confused in my old age.

Laptop has made a weird beeping noise so off to investigate. XX

I'm on "operation U17". Oh my, I can't believe I have admitted to that. Maybe I'll have to delete it again later. Only 1/2 lb to go though til I reach it but it just won't shift. Grrr. You'd think having loads to lose I would be loosing weight like it was going out of fashion but every pound is a challenge.

Oh and SSS -thanks for the FB addy -its nice to put a face to a name.

Only eaten a few peanuts and some berries so far today. OH is cooking an aubergine dish so will have some of that later. Managed to resist the choccy aisle in Tesco. I have no will power so it is bestI don't eat it at all.

    Hi lovely low carbers!

    The birthday weekend starts today!

Rump steak, mushrooms, peppers and rocket salad with red wine, followed by dark choc and cherries :)

Will be doing it LARGE tomorrow so resting up :rotfl:

Hope you all have as good a weekend as me! Unlikely, but do your best :rotfl:

    Big love to all!

I am sooo stressed, have had insurance probs again.
    Why do we bother
They only wriggle out of coughing up anyway.

My front door lock has broken, got emergency cover, but..
They will secure the door with a bolt (and ruin a pvc door, idiots)
Which means as i have no rear access, as soon as i leave the house, the door is unable to be locked, as its a bolt on the inside
So, i still have an emergency, it has not been rectified.
    Are they real??

They will not replace the lock, as its not replacement cover, but emergency cover.

Which is fine if they board up a window, or stem a leak, but, as its my only exit its only sorted if i stay at home until its replaced, i still need an emergency locksmith, so why bloody pay for insurance to provide one if i still need one myself.
