Hey people, I am having a 'bohemian' moment:
Since other have sent some good suggestions for groceries, I'll just make a cooment on diet and successThere is no reason for a fat person to feel worthless, and if they do feel so, they cannot succede in losing the weight. You have to love yourself, no matter how much weight you need/want to lose, and once you love yourself, you'll be able to lose weight successfully, because you're doing it for someone you love, YOU

Mercy - what are the fish oil tablets that you take? I saw a from an earlier post that you take 2 capsules of EPA180/DHA120 but I would really like to know what they're called and how do I get them. Ta
I just get them from healthydirect or simplysupplements. They always give the details so you can match them up. Bet H&B do them too. I think Healthydirect have them on in the sale at the mo.gunsandbanjos wrote: »Morning,
Can someone please post a link to Tinkerbells Quiche recipe that doesnt just take me to a massive thread that i need to search through:o I cant find the recipe from the link on the first page. Also the breakfast muffins, if someone had a link to them that would be great too:D
Have a great low carb day everyone.
I think that when the last forum update occurred it messed up some of the links. I'll have a fish around and see if I can find it again. It leads to maceration, horrible wet, white area which is the ideal environment for dermatophytes (athletes foot)
I use coconut oil on my feet, even between the toesNever had a prob with fungal growths, think it may be because the oil is not water based, and seems to have majical properties :rotfl:
