Thankyou all for the birthday wishes, I had a very large bowl of whipped cream with some strawberries instead of cake and it was very lush.
Mazzers - The foot thing is important with type 2 D - I saw podiatrist and he also said to moisturise daily as we shouldn't be using pumice stone or anything for the hard skin on our feet 'cos of the neuropathy risks. He told me to get aqueous cream BP from chemist - huge tub for about £2.50, rub it all over feet night & morning but not between the toes.
Mercy - what are the fish oil tablets that you take? I saw a from an earlier post that you take 2 capsules of EPA180/DHA120 but I would really like to know what they're called and how do I get them. Ta
Focus - how about measuring your waist and then only measure again on those weeks that the scales say you've gained, I find this helps me a lot. By the way - you are only weighing once a week aren't you?

weather is horrible here today
feeling really good today because i was such a lowcarb saint yesterday for the first time in ages. 13 more days to go.
Glad you had a great time yesterday serenai jump on the scales alot
but i do only register my weightloss every sunday because i used to do ww so i guess im just used to marking it down once a week lol

i measure myself sometimes only because to be honest i dont know where im supposed to be measuring and i swear i move the tape everytime as when i do measure myself its always totally different
