sounds yummy.
i have been a very naughty lcerafter my 2 day binge struggled to be good yesterday then this morning when i weighed myself i was more than i was yesterday even after a good day. argh!! anyway this morning grab something i shouldnt have and ate it. this of course made me want to go eat some more junk like crisps, choc, ice cream, bread BUT I DIDNT!! so today isnt a great day but i havent gone off plan totally so i do feel good about that. Tomorrow is my official weigh in and then im going to restart my 2 weeks of induction cutting back to the basics.

I've been to work, and sweet wont be posting til September
I found the bhajis a bit eggy too (not surprising mind )
I am off to a 50th party, didnt want to go, but have been coaxed, and looking forward to a few hours out now
Had a very hectic day in work, but it went very fast, in fact, i went to see who was next for a test, and the clinic had ended, and was 3 mins to home time :j0 -

I think sweet is taking time off for the school holidays (if i remember right).
Hello all.
meals today:
brekkie; HM low carb cheesecake (I know, I know but I am a recovering carbaholic!;))
Lunch: bar-be-que quorn stuff and crisps. (I was out shopping)
Dinner: Giant salad, lettuce, baby spinach, rocket, cooked mushrooms & mozzerella. MmmmMmmm.
Blackberries for afters.
In hindsight it would have been better to eat something proper for breakfast then I wouldn't have been hungry and succumbed to the crisps.:o
Off to do some comping now."I am not a vegetarian because I love animals; I am a vegetarian because I hate plants." A. Whitney Brown0 -

Sorry to worry you, sweet is fine, as marrow said, she is away for the hols.
I had a lovely time, but glad to be home. Wot a sad case
I have been on my feet in high shoes all night and my ankle ganglion thingy has returned
It must be a fluid retention problem.. i think.
I hope it goes tomorrow. I mean today :rolleyes:0 -
It is flaming chucking it down here on south coast. My son has been here over the weekend and done lots of work in the garden for me. He has at last read Dr D's diet and approved it for use by mother.lol
Yesterday's menu
Day 44
B 2eggs, 2 bacon and 2 toms, all fried in coconut oil
L Herring, h/m slaw, mixed salad, feta with olives, gherkins in olive oil
D Lamb leg steaks, carrots, runner beans & green beans from the garden in butter. Strawberries and whipped cream (worth the effort even it did put my arm in spasm!)
Glad you had a good party mazzers, can't say I've worn heels for a while but I do remember the joy of taking them off.:cheesy:0 -
do try and cut out the splenda - the quicker you lose your sweet tooth the easier it becomes
)
QUOTE]
I found that it's the other way aroundAs my sweet tooth has faded I use less and less splenda.
I will always have some in the cupboard though. It's handy in that if I do fancy a cake I'll make a low carb one rather than succumbing to the lure of the shops. Also, as I don't carry sugar in the cupboards it's useful for friends brews if they require sweetener of some sort.
A good friend always likes coffee at mine as the sweetener plus cream makes for a good brew, apparently :rotfl:

I cant find it on the first page, but it is an IPD recipe.

Thanks for that Daisy. I do find some of the recipe a bit eggy. Have you tweaked about with the muffin recipes? They are far too eggy. Bleugh!0 -
Went out to a birthday do last night and succumbed to alcohol, however as it's my first ever 'fall' from LC and I did enjoy myself I refuse to beat myself up over it! Had LC chicken for evening meal too. And I haven't lost my focus or determination either.
No headache despite the quantity of alcohol drunk though a little tired from the 2.45a.m. bedtimenow driven home and had a bowl of berries and yoghurt/cream from breakfast, after my compulsory coconut oil palaver.
Lunch will be salad with ham or a burger depending on which I fancy later and evening meal will be a bowl of home made carrot and coriander soup with a swirl of sour cream in.
Now, where's that bottle of water?????
Mercy - got some of the Lilylolo stuff and love it, thanks or the top tip. Even my friends commented on how well I looked last night (before the booze cruise!) so that's great.0
