So can i do it wrong,can i use it as a sub for milk in my diet like with coffee 4 cups a day?i read somewhere in the posts about having the oil with carbs?i only have small amount of carbs in cs products is this ok ?

Do not, I repeat NOT ever eat, or let anyone in your family eat red cabbage soup. OH has been banned to the garden until he is less toxic.:o
I ate chips (and a gherkin to suck all the carbyness from the potatoes). There, I said it. Kitchen was being fumigated -OH also made salad with cauliflower, eggs and tuna (bleugh) so I refused to do any cooking. Normal service shall be resumed tomorrow.....hopefully.;)

In fact, i had one on my carb fest the other day, they are my all time fave.
I think i might go for Dr D's diet, my weight is staying the same on lc, cos i dont think i'm lc enough these days.
Gonna give it a week or two and see how i go.

Well you're all welcome to the BCRs as I was too old to appreciate them! This past year I have been devastated as all of my idols have appeared on tv and they are just old men now: Bob Dylan, Ray Davies, Leonard Cohen, Bruce Springstein all the Rolling Stones. Mind you Lemmy out of Motorhead has looked like that all his adult life:D

Weighed in this morning at 12st 5lb so it would appear I have lost the 2.5 lb I put on having that piece of bread, now I feel awful 'cos last night I gave in to 2 new potatoes with butter.

D h/m quorn chilli and broccoli
S 2 new potatoes and butter
A lot of eggs but need to go food shopping - which I will do this afternoon as my son is down this weekend and although he says not to, I do like to get him bread and new pots although he has to take any left over home with him.
Can anyone tell me how to turn off the no icon button where it says you may choose an icon for your message from the following list as I can only use the icons on the right hand side of the message box at the mo.

morning everyone, i confess i had a carb binge last night, went grocery shopping and broken the first diet rule never shop when hungry. anyway brought loads of junk and consumed as much as i could until i was stuffed
feel very guilty now. some of it wasnt even nice. for example rich chocolate cake
wasnt as good as i remembered it to be. Anyway being extra strict today to make up for it. cant wait until this week is over. god i always say that but its true.
swine flu fear around and i always start thinking crazy thoughts such as if i died tomo wouldnt i regret being so strict on myself today? but then i snap out of it and think im gonna be fat and unhealthy for another 40 years0 -

Decided to [STRIKE]make[/STRIKE] take a break from this thread as I'm gonna be sooooo busy over the next few weeks. Kids are on their hols from tomorrow & we are hoping to go hither & thither (but not to Peebles Hydro as too bl00dy expensive & posh for us!!). Also, I'm determined to decorate my front room/dining before our next Scottish visitor arrives in the middle of August!! Eek!!

I weighed myself this morning and I am back to pre holiday weight! (thats minus 8 lbs!). Thanks for not letting me pig out and have a mega carb fest. (the chips last night don't count of course).
I was feeling a bit grumpy this morning (coz I remembered I was a year older -we don't mention the "B" word in this house), and while I was looking in the bathroom mirror investigating new wrinkles (someone paints them on while you sleep you know) I decided to weigh myself. I'm glad I did.
As a reward I have eaten the biggest salad ever, made in a mixing bowl (oh yes!), with salad leaves, mushrooms (cooked), sundried tomatoes and mozarella. All with a lovely balsamic dressing.
