As for marge, i have an e-mail about it, saying that it is only one molecule away from being plastic, that it never gets 'mouldy' and if it is put outside no insects will go after it, even ants wont touch it.
I havent tested that yet tho.

Serena this is an old post of mine.
I too had that e-mail :rotfl:

Focus - I got it in my local Sainsburys in their 'Free From' aisle, I also get my flax oil and seeds there too, but any health food shop should stock it.

Quite pricy - think I paid around £2.50 but I had rewards voucher outstanding and decided to treat myself. Only trouble is that being the greedy guts that I am, now I know it's in the cupboard I will hear it 'calling ' to me. Methinks I may have to ask my neighbour to 'look after' it for me - I am such a sad case- as she already holds my G&B chocolate and I'm only allowed to withdraw one square at a time!

Sorry Focus I forgot to answer the how do you use it bit.

I just washed my chopped rhubarb, put in a pan and let cook until quite mushy when stirred. Then I added my cream when it was cool and then just added about a tablespoon of the nectar until it wasn't too sour to eat. The syrup came in a sort of squeezy bottle - the same as some honey does or ketchup. It is high in carbs per 100g but I thought that was okay as a special treat.

Probably tmi but I must say all that rhubarb sorted out the system this morning. :D

what night did you go on marrow? :) was there any trailers in yours?

Went on a Tuesday, no trailers, it started promptly too.

    Brekkie: fruit
lunch: cheesy omelette -ended up giving most to my cheese addicted cat (finally called Yoshi by the way).
    snack: jelly
Dinner: who knows. kitchen is looking a little bare (rather than a little bear -like Paddington-which would be preferable :D).

OH has made cabbage soup so I am staying away from the kitchen (and him!)

i am still retaining my extra water weight since eating the evil empty carbs (courtesy of OH 40th birthday celebrations nomm nomm nommm), but expect it to drop off as quickly as it arrived now i'm back to the land of lc. i refuse to change my signaure upwards. not for another week anyway :D

    Hi peeples!

Stick a few chunks of cinnamon bark in the rhubarb stew. Tis ace :j
Makes the amount of sweetners required less too  as well as tasting truly awesome! I've had agave nectar from asda but think all supermarkets will sell it. It's v sweet but although not as economical as splenda it is better in some things, teasp for teasp you will get more carbs from agave and less sweetness. Reckon you could easily use splenda instead. Especially if you use the cinnamon too.

It's just started lashing down here, like 1 min ago :) Sounds like big heavy rain, glad I'm here n not gardening like I planned to :rotfl:

F'ing heck! Seems sunny Bolton is having its' monsoon season :rotfl:

Heyho! (Heigh ho for the accuarists amongst us, I prefer the simple spelling)

Well, my evil disease of the weekend I'd thought I'd got away with hit me hard again Sundy night. Had to have Monday off till I was able to move :)

Today was hard, felt ace till 10am then it's been a hard slog since. Swimming like a salmon, always upriver. Have mitigated this since I got home by a couple of stiff vodkas - got lots done :) Now am planning an early night with a good radio comedy cd. Old Harry's Game. Ordered latest sunday so am catching up with last one as the new one should be here next 2 days :)

    Food for today

B - boiled egg, mature cheddar
    snack - coconut muffin
L - Chunks of big burger, mayo, salad
D - beef slices rolled round cream cheese with baby toms n salad, Full fat greek yogurt and pecans,

With food like that I don't need to stray :rotfl:

This is typical but vaguely remember someone wanting more info on daily food.

Hope you are all well n happy on this Tuesday!

    Love

mazzers - Hope you like the lilylolo stuff, I've always found it sheer perfection :)

Folk STILL think I don't wear foundation :rotfl: I never used to at all much. Now I just look natural :) (and I appear to have great skin, no dark circles, age marks or other blemishes!)

Best bit is, rather than adding more as the night goes on you can mostly just blot with a tissue and go to the bar again :j Lippy will always need attention but that's about it :)
