Morning everyone, nice and sunny here today, hope it doesnt turn to rain later.

The IF thing looks interesting, will have a full read of it and maybe give it a try. It might suit me better as most days I dont eat till later.

HC thanks for that link. I had a look at the parking tickets forum last night and they are advising not to pay tickets from private firms, so Ive decided to just ignore it, but am a bit worried in case the baillifs eventually turn up  I was glad OH was in the car or he'd have gone nuts and said I just abandoned car, but all he could manage was "I didnt see any signs"

Lol...it's always a marathon to catch up isn't it? :D

IF = Internet Fasting (in my head ....that's what I read it as   ) but it's really Intermittent Fasting. :D Check out mazzers link, quite informative.

  • Well I had a really bad week last week and put 3 pound on. Yet people who have seen me said I look like I have lost loads this week. Anyway been really strick and lost 2 pound over night so maybe I am retaining water like my mum thinks. I am drink loads as I am diabetic. But this week I am so going to try and be good, as putting on weight made me fell so bad. On a good note I am now a size 18 ( I know still a long way to go) which is good for me and brought a lovely swimming costume from Asda for £4. better than my granny Evans one lol.
sw start date 23/09/2013 4 st 8 pounds to go....as of 21/10/13 not 3 stone 7 to go for first target. updated 18/11/13 now 2 stone 10lbs to go to first target.

Nice one! Cheap and stylish! (MSE!) Bet you love the 18 ting :) Get out there swimming, and look great!

It's great when you get out of the old stuff - out of granny Evans!

    Gives a whole lift!

    Hi Ladies!

I've had a totally shopping weekend. Again :rotfl:

Got a list from friends I'm soon to visit, Ibuprofen, antihistamines, and rizlas :rotfl:(that'l be a drugs run then:))

Apparently these are expensive in Switzerland.

Also did my first Tesco online shop on Friday, expecting great tings between 5-7pm today. Hope it's all worked out. Only did it so I could get the cat food I need for peace. Am trying out some of their stuff and will likely do it again - free delivery helped. I don't have a Tesco in easy reach so dont know abt their stuff.

Hope it works but have a queryness as not 'in control' :rotfl:

Badger - That nite out ting sounds great! If he has an older brother in the north west, do let me know :)

    Hello Vik!

Alias - I know what you mean about not wanting to eat, I've not eaten yet today and am just feeling hungry. I have however just made a great omlette but it's just too large. Kept adding bottom of the fridge stuff til it was hardly liquid :)

Someone said one can keep omlettes in the fridge, was this true or did I dream that?

Sweets - I'm sensitive to chillis, you are not alone. Maybe the rest have the consitutions of oxen?

HC - I love the fudge better cold too. Good job as it forms half my breakfast (eaten at work) every morning :)
