Respect to Lesley!! :rotfl: (Couldn't find the 'we are not worthy' smilie!!)
That is some workout!! Puts mine to shame!! I do intend increasing the wii workout, eventually  Would love to do the jogging, daughter jogs all round the house when she does it!! I need to find a good [STRIKE]boulder holder[/STRIKE] exercise bra first!! :rotfl:
I'm glad you have finally appreciated my greatness:D
and indeed you are not worthy:rotfl:
On a serious note try the jogging its great fun but leave the downward facing dog until you are feeling adventurous cos you get on all fours and push your bottom in the air whilst looking at your tum.The wii board measures the pressure you are exerting on your arms and it has to be equal with the pressure exerted on your legs.Jeez does it hurt!!I've done it once and dont want to do it again!

Sweet, i have tried cooking rump loads of times, but is always tough, sirloin is always lovely and tender.
Have had rump in pubs and is always fine, i think its the very hot grills they use, mine is rubbish (like my oven) it wasnt cheap either, is a s. steel one but has never worked properly
I am off to make those brownies, will report back later (with a chocolatey face no doubt)

Think i may be slightly over my daily carb allowance. My daughter asked for fajitas for dinner and i ate 2 without giving it a second thought til i logged my intake on fitday:eek: wont be doing that again:o Never mind. I'm still feeling pretty good, hopefully i'm past the ridiculously tired, wanna curl up in a ball and hibernate phase:rotfl:The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

I dont have any cauli in, do you think I could make the cauli pizza with brocoli?0

He he, i have indeed got a chocolatey face cos my son just came in and said 'whats that on your face' :rotfl:
Well now, i made Jamie Oliver brownies for the boys, and lc ones for me, and although there is no comparison, the lc ones are very good.
I will put some cocoa powder too next time as they are not chocolatey enough, but look exactly like proper brownies, very 'cakey' and very nice indeed.
I made half the mix and was just right for my baking tin, and neither of them burned this time either. cooked on 170 for 15 mins, cut into 12 and 3.6g per square.0 -
Jamie Oliver rocks in this house too!!
His fish pie recipe was bl00dy divine!! Much better than the first one I made a few weeks back, probably because I followed the instructions this time!! Only ingredient I didn't put in was the fresh chilli (hmmm, wonder why that was?!) I don't think the carbs were too bad either (not that I was really counting) as I had cauli/broc mash on top instead of spud mash.
chocolatey face, I mean mazzers, your brownies sound yummy!!
I have only ever grilled or fried steak (unsuccessfully) but Jamie (first name terms now don't you know) uses a griddle in another recipe. Decided I'm not going to buy steak until I have the proper equipment to cook it well. Saw some fillet steak on offer in co-op today (20% off but still over £4 each!!) if anyone interested.
Btw, budget wise I'm doing great this week!! Last week I was over by £16, again thanks to hubby shopping at the weekend  Hopefully this week I will stick to it, fingers crossed. :rolleyes:0 -

I still eat fajitas, but without the tortilla wraps!! Tis still lovely & filling, have mine with grated cheese & blobs of creme fraiche or sour cream & HM salsa. Just add extra veg to the seasoned chicken to pad it out - leeks, mushrooms, peppers etc.

This just popped up on my recommended YouTube list: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7-gXdlXnEMY
The paraffin baths have now given me lovely smooth, healthy brown skin. It's also made me plump and curvy through water retention, so I'm steering clear of the scales until I get back to normal again!Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
Hello every lovely low carber!
Have actually caught up! Yipeee!
Butter chicken, I did http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=19833727&postcount=5455
that was in the oven, would just add a bit more butter and turn more often if on a casserole lid under grill. Was v nice every time
focus - do the fudge. If you are wary of chillis (like sweets - well she has reason:)) then you can use hot spring onions or finely sliced toms (cherry for pref) bits of peppers, pepperami, any mix of strong flavours. It does need strong flavours else it's a plain quiche with a perfectly serviceable cheese pastry. That can be nice (I've had bits where there were no chillis) But it's not as good.
Daisy - I would give your daughter a dose around 2000iu (depending on body weight) to make a difference. Though you might not see any difference for a while. I've been taking it for getting on 2 years, but have only been able to test it out on sunbathing this year due to weather. It's usually said to take a month before one's body gets to show good by supplements.
And on the subject of cats. A male is a Tom, a female is a she and a pregnant or nursing mother is a queen. Just so you knowSo the 'cat's mother' reference is true if the cat in question is weaned :rotfl:
Yay! For pedantics! And the dissemination of truth and accuracy! (at least catwise :rotfl:)
