Good morning peeps :hello:
Tis a beautiful morning here, after yesterday's rain  The garden looks lovely with cut grass & shrubs in flower (just don't look at the weeds)
Been on wii fit & it said I'd lost another 2lbs  Must have been that belly-dancing last night!! Anyway, the horrible thing then reminded me that I'm still obese!!Have set myself a target to lose 7lbs in a month & that takes me into the overweight category. Now I know it might sound a bit strange, but I'm actually looking forward to being overweight!! :rotfl: Only because I've been obese for so long!!
Oh, and I tried the jacknife exercise, omg that is evil, lesley!! Won't be doing that again in a hurry!!
G&B, 8st 9lbs?? In my dreams!! :rotfl: You must be tiny!! I think one of my legs probably weighs that!!
jordy, it does make you wonder if it's the supplements that are making you twitchy?? I wonder if it's the multi-vitamins (if you take them) because some of them do seem to give you more energy & make you feel buzzy?? As for the spots?? I don't know?? It's been really muggy, sticky weather here (not far from you) & that has made my skin feel more oily so I don't know if that could be it?? Hope you feeling better soon. Btw, possible undercooked pork chop?! Eek!!
Anyway, that's all folks!! I'm going to get ready for my walk so may see you all later. Have a lovely day :wave:0 -

Its brightening up a bit here, i hope it does as i've made lc bread and it needs warmth to rise.
I really missed my lappy last night, and have decided i do not like apples (pc variety only) very different indeed.
Cant recall who asked about the beef but i think a good cut is best, one sirloin thinly sliced goes quite a long way, and is always nice and tender.
I have never been able to cook rump sucessfully, it's always like boot leather.
I'ts quite cold here today, but i refuse to put the heating on in June0 -

Ooooooooo i love cauli pizza, only prob is i dont have a proper food processor so find it hard making the cauli crumbsso its a real hassel. saving up for one now though so can make more nice low carb dishes.
Hi Focus - I don't have a food processor, I make the cauli crumbs/rice with a potato ricer I bought in M&S for about £8, works a treat but you have to squeeze every drop of water out so I 'rice' it then squeeze it out in a tea towel.
Just wash the tea towel out straight away and don't bung it in the laundry basket like I did the first time....dirty girl I am, stunk out the whole house the next day :rotfl::eek::rotfl:0 -

Lol, no not tiny, i'm only 5ft 1 and i'm a size 10, really want to be a size 8 and definately need to tone up. Used to be pretty toned til i had a baby! I want my 26" waist back:o Its slowly reappearing though. Tummy has definately lost its little bulge, its the bottom half i have to work on now.
Well done on the 2lb loss:jCant recall who asked about the beef but i think a good cut is best, one sirloin thinly sliced goes quite a long way, and is always nice and tender.

Didnt know what a potato ricer was but googled it and wow, does that really work? is it that easy? i was saving up for a food processor anyway so might just wait awhile longer. i really fancy some cauli pizza but not sure i can be bothered to make the crust. i was just reading mazzers (or mercys) mexican fudge, i is wanting some quiche. im so starving right now could eat alot of things lol.
gonna have a subway salad for lunchcant wait!! :j
