I actually won a term of belly dancing classes but it clashed with rugby training so i gave it to a friend. She loved it and said it was really good for toning up.

I made 2 chillis, one for them, and one lc for me, but i did add some butter beans to mine, (all calculated in) and had with a big dollop of badgers yogurt.. yum
Really? I prefer my yoghurt from cows, but each to their own. Aren't Badgers difficult to milk? :D

Not as difficult as rats, i keep four of each, i make butter from the rats milk tho :D

Just catching up :D sometimes its dead on here and other times so many people cant read the posts quick enough :p
focus, I thought I multi-quoted you but it hasn't come up, but what I was going to say was you are not a newbie, it feels like you've been here forever :p and are part of the [STRIKE]furniture[/STRIKE] family :D

hehe awww sweet thats so nice of you to say that :heartsmil now i feel more at home :D
Every time i stir fry beef it comes out really tough:confused: how do you stop it tasting like leather?

My salad is lovely, i ended up grilling the chicken on my george foreman grill. And i'm using pizza express salad dressing rather than caesar as i bought a new one and it tastes horrible.

i have no idea about the beef, i ended up getting pork cos its cheaper and there are so many types of beef i wasnt sure what to get :p i wasnt sure what was low carb in the sauces either but i found a stir fry 5 spice mix with all the herbs. it tasted quite nice, just needed to add some salt and was lovely. will defo eat this again. it makes a real nice change.

How do you do that butter chicken? you just basically cook it in butter? thats it? nothing techincal about it? :o

    Hello peeps!

Did some clothes shopping which was not as pleasant as it should have been because I'm still wearing tent like sizes. I ended up buying a floaty skirt -easier to take in when I lose weight, nice top to wear with said skirt, and two pairs of shoes as shoes always fit! I don;t have an after photo as i am still looking the same-ish but may dig out a before photo if I am feeling brave...and others do it too.

at least you walked away with something nice, i really hate clothes shopping right now, not even going to look :o lots of people at work wearing lovely summery dresses :( am so jealous!! lol

I've been feeling pretty rubbish. I'm sticking with the LC, and I'm not sure if it's that or the supplements which are affecting me. I've topped the supplements for now. I rarely get spots only the occasional big one, but now my chin is covered in horrible tiny spots.
I had a couple of glasses of Pims on Saturday and (possibly undercooked) BBQ pork chop and had really bloated tummy on Sunday morning.
It's nights that are the worst though, I've always found it very easy to get to sleep, but now when I get into bed I feel really twitchy, like restless legs but everywhere and I'm tossing and turning for ages.
Apart from that although I eat high fibre with linseeds and coconut, I;m really bunged up probably cos I'm not drinking enough water. Still losing weight though :) lol

    Morning peeps. *waves*

OH is off today so wish me luck. Generally. Just with staying sane etc etc. :rotfl: He's in a bit of a weird mood right now, I think we're not getting on as quick as he'd thought (largely because I do things then tea break. Often). :D So I will have to pretend to be busy today even if I'm only actually doing it at sloth speed.

Marrow...I just meant I wasn't supposed to be on here....the pc/forum. I've still got loads of work in the house I'm supposed to be dealing with and I've just heard the Joiner I was hoping to get out to finish the rest, now cant come, so I'm stuck again.

Mazzers.....:p:p:p. Just wanted to do that since you're not here. :rotfl:

I was going to give the multi-quote thing a go so I could reply to all the things in everyone's posts....but I cant be @rsed right now tbh. :rotfl:So I'm just going to say I'm still reading and you're all nutters. (Said in a nice way of course ;))

Now excuse me whilst I shimmy my way over to the kettle. ;):rotfl:
