g&b, it probably is because you have just started, I find it really drains my energy when I first start low-carbing. Takes me a week or so to feel ok but it does get better.

Have you been eating enough?? Taking all the necessary vitamin supplements?? Drinking enough water etc??

Ooh, is easy, just click on as many qoutes as you want to reply to.
That's great lesley, well done you!! :T

Btw, on both pics you look so young!! On the 'after' pic you can see the weight loss, you look narrower & definitely slimmer in the face.

Now dare I post pics?! :o

They turn red and all come into your next post.. brill

Thank goodness for that. I've been drinking between 1 and 2 litres of water a day, sometimes 2 1/2 depends what i'm doing. I'm taking loads of supplements - Multivitamin (without iron), chromium, B complex, co-enzyme 10, fibre force and cod liver oil(when i can because it makes me want to vom.) I need to get my grubby little paws on high strength Vit D but i'm a bit skint right now so it'll have to wait a bit.
Was a bit ill yesterday and had a migraine which made me sick. Not sure if it is related to what i'm eating. Had a dry weetabix as it was all i could face so a bit grumpy at myself. Never mind, today is a new day.

    Well, i was disappointed :rotfl:

Mind you, you can edit the foods specified i 'spose, and at least i've been having less carbs than i thought ;)

I am suspicious about the nutrition though, i did mention that we may have differing RDA's

The RMR was about right though..

Yep be positive Mazzers, you've been eating less carbs than you thought you were so well done!:j

Lesley, you def look much slimmer in the after, thats a wonderful weightloss, you face looks so much more toned and slimmer. You go girl!

Been very good all week, spurred on by the fact my other half bought a decent pair of scales yesterday and they confirmed what I'd suspected all along.........our old cheapo scales were def weighing under.... I'm half a stone heavier than I thought I was ....Trying to convince myself it's just a number and I don't 'look' any different from yesterday :rotfl:

Just been to check out a venue for my 40th birthday party, they guy was v nice and was telling me they will include canapes/nibbles in the price, he said 'They're all bread based which everyone loves, like bruschetta etc and we can do you a nice cake too':eek::eek: Def not a low carb venue :D

ooooooooo multi quote, love it :) i always want to reply to loads of people but dont want to hog up the thread with one line replies to everyone lol

well done lesley, you can totally see a difference. you have done amazingly well. great results!! not far now from your goal :) you must be so happy!!

see everyone mentioning vitamins, im always scared to take too many incase it affects my diet and makes me put on. i really dont understand the affects of them :S i just tend to stick to the general multivitamins without iron.

having staying the same weight after a week ive decided to go back to a stricter low carb diet, watching everything i eat. And also introduced exercising, did my tae bo dvd in full last night. i know its not much but i was so proud of myself. even shocked my partner because ive put this exact dvd on before and only survived 20-25 mins before but the whole thing!! woo me hahaha. anyway the scales show a loss today which i wont count until sunday but it has really helped me to want to do more exercise :) hope everyone is having a lovely low carb day.
