I am still drunk, so unable to go for lunch with friends as i cant drive.
Very nearly fell down the stairs.

Am afraid to say i just had a piece of buttery toast.
It was heavenly but am annoyed with myself.
Is nothing here to eat and cant go shop for few hours so going back to bed to sleep it off.
Just thought i'd let you know ....

    Mazzers has a headache.
*said in a sing song voice*
    :D
I cant remember the last time I was drunk. Not that I desperately want to be drunk again you understand, but I'm sure it signifies the last time I had a life. :rotfl: Lots and lots of water Mazzers (we'll ignore the buttery toast for now - needs must, lol).....you'll be fine. :p:D
HC...you now have all my envy focused squarely on you. I also cant remember the last time I was a size 12. :o Well done! :T You must feel great.
Cheers for the tips HanSpan. Thankfully OH is still off today so he's in the kitchen again tonight. :rotfl:

Welcome Tinsley. :) This is my second time around with Atkins too. I lost loads the first time but my head just wasn't in the right place back then so I put it all back on with a vengeance. Mind you, I didn't have [strike]this bunch of nutters[/strike] these good folks as a support tool then. ;)

Well I've just pushed the boat out and had a THREE egg omelette for brunch. Seemed a shame to leave one wee egg sat all by itself.:D I'm having some chicken thing from Morrisons tonight. Not sure what it is but it was on offer and it had hardly any carbs. :rotfl:

Btw sweet.....remember my 3 hours of egg decorating? (When I say 'decorating' I really mean cutting out cardboard and helping fix the things daughter couldn't get to stick etc  ) Well it was worth it as she won, lol. Happy child. Prize is an Easter egg which I promise I will not even so much as sniff.

I'm sooooooo happy for you HC (said through tightly clenched teeth)
Don't think I've ever been a size 12 in my life!! Think I just skipped from child sizes to er, bigger than size 12 shall we say. :o

Didn't mean to make anyone envious! I'm only 5' 1" but it's a while since I've been a size 12 too. And they are tight, I must admit - but perfectly wearable.

I bought the size 14 at Christmas (they were a very snug fit then) and liked them so much that I thought I'd grab the size 12 in the sale. Thought I might have to send them back (or stick them at the back of the wardrobe till I'd lost a bit more), so it was a lovely surprise. They're Per Una Roma jeans and the fabric and cut is lovely.

    Well done little Miss alias!!
I actually do believe you alias when you say you won't so much as sniff that Easter egg. No really, I do!! :D
  • Hello everyone :hello:
Daughter went back to school today so have been shopping with a vengeance this morning!! Loads of saintly things in my fridge :A
so should keep me going over the weekend.
Feel like I've got over the sweet craving now - have been talking to Mr. Tunnocks Tea Cake this morning & basically told him I'm no longer in love with him. He's gutted as you can imagine.
So back on the straight & narrow this morning (just not as narrow as HC  ) - menu today
    B - 3 cumberland chipolata sausages & fried egg
L - yesterday's salmon salad (salad was a bit limp but still ate it)
    D - garlic chicken & cheesy leeks
    As it's the weekend I [STRIKE]bl00dy well will[/STRIKE] may have some Bailey's & probably some S&V peanuts.
    Have a good weekend all.

HC, now you're just rubbing it in!! :rotfl:
